I told her I have dry/sensitive skin. She decided to use the glycolic peel, coconut enzyme and pomegranate is what she said. I agreed. Right after she put the glycolic peel, my face started burning, so I informed her. Instead of taking it off, she put a neutralizer to stop the burning. She went on to continue with the facial while talking the whole time. After my facial, my face was very red and slightly swollen. She told me it will go away the next day. Next day, my face was very red and burned. I texted Beth Ann to let her know what happened. She told me to put more of her moisturizer in it, but at this point,I was scared to put anything on my face, especially from her. My dermatologist advised putting a natural aloe vera for the chemical burn then leave it alone. The following day, I woke up with a very swollen face, the day of my vacation. I texted Beth Anne again with pictures. I asked if I can get my money back because I spent money on the dermatologist. She decided to BLOCK my texts and calls. I called the manager of sola salon and told him what happened, and he promised to relay to Beth Anne, but still nothing from them. It's wrong to treat your customer this way. My vacation was completely ruined because my face was hurting so bad. I just want to warn everyone to be careful. Beth Ann will talk you into upgrading and you will end up paying 90.00 for a chemical burn to your face. Below are my pictures. P.S. She has no skill and is at times awkward to be around as she fumbles around and seems as if she's misplaced something every second. She does not deserve your business. Take your money else where. Elsewhere being real businesses that know customer service and clearly what they are doing. Also her little suite is a joke not very relaxing nor hygienic and if your looking for somewhere that is relaxing this is NOT the place as it is surrounded by over 30 hair salon studios all around where you can hear ladies flood your ear with laughter and chatter through the walls. I came to him with neck, back, and psiatic pain, but he insisted on pressing his body weight down on a broken rib with a hematoma. He said it was a twisted rib and that it's happened to him before. I've told him before I have broken ribs, yet he still insisted on unwittingly exacerbating this injury I got the day prior. My issue with this is that he insisted on touching a very recent injury, despite me never mentioning it in the appointment booking email. I only ever mentioned the injury for him to avoid it, not for him to push his entire body weight on it and misdiagnose my injury. And on top of that, they don't even have the decency to return my calls and messages, even after asking for a refund ten days ago.

I had to leave because I have other things to do and had it scheduled for a reason. I only wanted a touch up and it is insane behavior. When my friends and I got the tattoo we didn't have the best experience with her either. She is rude and rushed us. One of our friends was in the bathroom and wanted to be next to get a tattoo and Bailey made someone else go because she couldn't wait two minutes for our friend to use the bathroom. The only good thing about Edoc is Amelia, the piercer. I have gotten a few tattoos from different studios in Lubbock and have never been treated this way.
