When we invest in a floral arrangement whether as a gift for another, to decorate for company or just to beautify and freshen the house, we want something extra special, designed with love. I don't know about you but a formal arrangement that actually brings tears to your eyes is the rarest of rare. So many florists deliver commonplace arrangements that leave you wondering why you spent all that money. Well let me tell you, that was not my experience at Village Florist. Most recently I wanted the perfect bouquet for my mother's birthday and Julie, at Village Florist spent time with me so she would completely understand what I wanted. She patiently listened, asked questions and made recommendations. She delivered the most exquisite arrangement I have ever seen. When the arrangement was delivered to my mother she cried in awe and declared the same sentiment... it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever seen!!! Julie is an amazing artist with extraordinary attention to detail. She created a masterpiece!!! I asked for red & yellow flowers including some roses & nothing Christmas. I was very disappointed needles to say- had pine greenery, very few flowers & a Christmas bow. The roses were delivered dead. Unbelievable. They had to know they were dead. I live 2 hours away. Thank goodness my aunt was there on grandmothers birthday to see the issue and called this florist. They did deliver new roses on the 15th and corrected the issue, That's three days late. What if no one had been there to see this? Grandmother would have only gotten DEAD Roses for her 96th birthday!!!!!!!!.
