We have used them ever since for our 4-5 events per year-- items in particular that we've rented include pop-up tents, pole tents, portable stage, folding tables, folding chairs, lights, no-blow plastic table covers, ice chests, podium, easels- and I'm sure there's more! At Once is my favorite thanks to their friendly nature, detailed billing, great set up and break down crews, and fair pricing for quality equipment.

Table and chairs were in good condition. Pick up was the next day after my event. Crew came first thing in the morning. Again really great, I didn't have to hang out at home. I hired this company through my place of work. I was told by multiple different people that they…read morehad worked with this company before...yet they asked questions about the process for getting paid, the time it would take to be paid, how they would get paid. Since the company is a university, there is a process, and the companies normally do not get paid until after the services have been rendered; they said they would have to charge an extra fee because of the "same-day delivery" and delayed booking. We had been in the process of onboarding them into the system for a week at this point, and they had even completed the onboarding paperwork... They try to charge extra fees for everything (even if it's something that doesn't pertain to your actual event needs). When the items arrived they were extremely low quality: to of the tablecloths didn't arrive, and one of the tables arrived broken. ALL of the cocktail tables were wobbly and had to be finagled to be somewhat stable (lots of paper folded and put under the legs of the tables). I let them know about the tablecloths and they said they could send someone out with them but that he would arrive after the event started. That option was declined. I was told that HR would be reaching out about the tablecloths- the event was Thursday and that hasn't happened yet. Even though contact before the event occurred daily via phone calls, texts, and emails. Would not use this company again. P.S. they give people discounts if they take pictures of the events and email them to the company.
