The hygienist only scale your teeth a little but they charge you 170$ for full cleaning. only Mrs Sue is the only one is good and give out decent service there. dentist exam is horrible. they not even take a look at your mouth. Be careful of over billing and adding procedures/extra testing onto bills. I received two bills with different costs. Looked at the billed that was sent to insurance and it was different as well. Wanted me to pay double of what my insurance stated my cost would be. read more

My experience was absolutely awful. While they did pull 2 of my teeth, they did nothing afterwards for the excruciating pain I was in. When I called to inquire about the prescriptions that she said she had already called in, I found out that she had lied. There were zero prescriptions called....no antibiotics to treat the access no motrin for the inflammation, no pain meds for the horrific pain. She even tried to smear me as if was had had two teeth pulled just for pain meds. Absolutely disgusting. I was sent home in tremendous pain, while being told that I would have medications to clear up the infection and to help with the pain. Once home I discovered what lies that had been spouting. If I had known that they weren't going to treat me for the aftereffects of the extractions, I would have found a better, more professional dentist. They lied to me and my husband repeatedly until I insisted they explain themselves. Then she tried to make it sound like it was illegal for her to prescribe something...ANOTHER LIE. The I probation that I would divert medication was slanderous and derogatory. DO NOT USE THESE DENTISTS AT ALL!! I paid over 800$ and all they did was take out 2 teeth and sell me a pack of lies. I've felt uneasy since the beginning, I've had a few ok experiences but mostly bad. They give you wrong information, then blame it on staff being new...but most of the staff will avoid answering your questions directly. They have you prepay before insurance payment and then keep the refund!!! When I called to get my money, I was redirected...told "I'm new here" told by someone else "the person who handles insurance left for the day" this was at 2pm in a Thursday, told "someone will call you" Never did. Basically avoiding having to give me my refund. I'm not the first to experience this. Just the tip of the iceberg of the problems here. Do not waste your time or money.....RUN!!! read more

We switched to them back in May. And I'm so glad we did. My youngest daughter was scared of the dentist because of a bad experience at our previous dentist. Lisa and Dr. J. Ellis helped her get over that fear and she was calm and relaxed for her root canal. Even my husband said he liked them and he's not a fan of dentists or doctors. This is a long overdue review. About 8 years ago I received a dental implant From Dr. Warnock. The procedure seemed to go ok, but after getting home and showing my wife then going to work and showing my co workers eveyone agreed the implant was not right. visually is not the same color as my other teeth and it is far smaller than all the other teeth in my mouth, much smaller. I went back the next day and showed the woman who cleaned my teeth... she agreed in the moment it looked horrible and needed fixed and went to get the dr. after waiting for some time the hygienist and dr warknock come back in. Dr. Warknock was rude and dismissive of my concerns and the hygienist seemed afraid to even express her opinion. Dr Warknock then told me the only way to fix it was to chip the tiny implant off the post ... then...Do a mold and send it to a lab ...because he could not do it in office for some reason, even though the implant had been done in office ,this solution was horrible .. not only would I have to walk around with a post for several weeks but I would also have to endure the corrective treatment. The sign in the waiting room said "... implants that are perfect fit flawless and better than normal... my implant is the worst tooth in my mouth constantly gets food jammed around it.. and I had to deal w a dentist who was frankly an arrogant dick when I asked him to fix it.. worst 4000 I ever spent and I hand also been a patient there for several years in total spent over 10000 with the company .. to this day I feel cheated and robbed .. if could put a picture of my nasty implant I up here I would. read more

My 86 year old mother ordered a partial plate, paid $490 cash. The plate was ordered on 4/19/21. The plate was too large creating sores in her mouth. She has been trying to get Whole Health dentistry to fix he problem all this time. They charged her more money, but have had no real desire to have her plate fit correctly. They keep sending her bills for something that does not fit her. She paid about $1310 total and still does not have a plate. They kept charging her every time she returned but they do not seen to want to give her what she paid for. read more

I've been to this office a few times now and should have trusted my suspicions after the first!!! Each time I went I was given a treatment plan with my insurance coverage as well as my out of pocket expense....this was great.....except that each time I received a bill after the service stating my "new out of pocket" which was ALWAYS significantly more than projected. I understand the amount can change as what they give you on the treatment plan is just an estimated amount, however as this past visit once again proved to be true my out of pocket was over DOUBLE what I was quoted and I received a bill for $300 on top of what I had already paid at the time of service!! It's frustrating when you plan or anticipate a bill and the actuality of it is no where near!! I also had an issue with the fact that at two of my visits in which I was using nitrous they stopped mid treatment stating "oh we actually need to do more than we thought which will be XXX more money...is that ok?" I mean seriously, you've already injected my mouth three times with lidocaine and I'm mid nitrous fog and I'm supposed to rationally make a financial decision? Simply put, I feel this business is a scam and feel taken advantage of! There are PLENTY of other choices for dental providers in Lima and I know I will no longer be a patient or contributor to the business of this shady office!!! read more

I notice recent advertising is aimed toward children. Probably a good idea since I have never talked to an adult that will ever return to this dentistry. I can,t even enjoy a kewpee after a year and a half because of the horrendous over bite that I now have. The sad part is--they don,t seem to care. I normally was very pleased with this office, however, I will NOT return as a patient, nor will the other 3 members of my family. My son and I had our regular checkups done. I provided them with my insurance information, which hadn't changed since our previous visit there, and we left. About a month later I receive a letter saying my insurance company refused to pay because they stated we had other insurance. I was confused by this, so I stopped in to talk to them. Long story short, their office billed a previous insurance I had not had for 5 years, despite providing them with my current card which they had billed for all our previous visits. They assured me it would be corrected and I left there trusting it would be. 2 months later, in receive a collection notice, in my son's name because in the process of dealing with this he turned 18. All in all it took me over 2 YEARS to get this corrected, when it was their error from the beginning. Once they billed the correct company, they received a check within a month and were paid and left me a voice mail saying they receive it (which in a still have on my phone). Thinking everything was fixed, I called to make our appointments and they told me we STILL had a balance. No one had bothered to update our accounts. It took me driving to their office, making them call the collection office in front of me THEN I drove to the collection company and made them give me proof in writing that they corrected it on their end. After all of this hassle for 2 YEARS this office had the nerve to tell me that if we needed their services that I would have to now pay for everything in full upfront, and they would reimburse me once they got paid by the insurance company. I asked if this was a new policy for everyone and was told no, it was because of the "slow pay" by my insurance company. This ticks me off because it was THEIR fault they billed the wrong company and once they billed the correct one, they received payment in less than 30 days. They just lost 4 patients because of this crap. read more

I was told I had to have 10 cavities that needed to be filled, I got 4 filled, & without my consent the doctor had the hygienist fill them, I continued to have intense pain afterwards, they quoted me for 6 more fillings, I called another dentist in the area, got new x-rays ......and what do you know?!? I have no cavities. I can't explain how upset I am. This practice of "creative diagnosis" costs me time, money, and months of pain. Will Not Be Back EVER....not even for your delicious free cookies (which should have been the first huge red flag about your practice) You get one star because the cleanings were fine....,But ZERO STARS for dental fillings . read more

I also feel this dental practice upsells: do you want braces? how about whitening? You need new crowns...I came straight from another dentist' office & was told they didn't want to say anything bad about my old dentist BUT "let's divide your mouth in quadrants & start to work on the worst problems." Also they take LOTS of xrays & have hygienists doing a lot of the work. Since they're usually not experienced they have to try the procedure again (uncomfortable) or get another girl to help them. Dr. Warnock is great, not just because we can talk football or basketball, but because he wants me to have a healthy mouth. My wife and boy switched to Whole Health Dentistry this year and on 9/11/14 they billed us $151.56 saying this was the estimated they thought my insurance wouldn't cover. My responsibility was only $19.99 and the insurance paid the rest. I went in after I got that statement and they made a copy of it and said they still didn't receive that information yet so they couldn't reimburse me. When I called a few times a couple weeks apart wanting the rest of my money back they claiming the check was "lost in the mail" and they were waiting for next check to come in to pay me. After about 3 months on 12/10/14 I called the insurance company and they sent out the check 9/22/14 and Whole Health Dentistry cashed the check 10/10/14. I had enough at this point and called and told them I'm tired of them lying to me and if they didn't pay me I was going to go in and make a scene. Finally they agreed to pay me, but still denied receiving the check. I've heard other bad things about them, but I just want people to be aware of what I experienced. read more
