In contrast, the owner or appraiser - I think Mike (he has heterochromia), was not only nasty to me, but also lazy. He did not send me an estimate back until I called the company a week later, even though he said he would send it back the next day. Its a shame that the owner is myopic, indolent, and irresponsible.
