I had never worked with her before but I sat down in her chair and felt like family. She is an EXPERT, and curled and styled my hair into exactly what I wanted. Getting my hair to hold a curl (it's heavy) takes a lot of skill and patience- Elena brought her A-Game. Hair was done by 12:00, and still looked as gorgeous after 7 hours of setting up, officiating, cleaning up, dancing and all the rest of the wedding fun. I believe due to her leaving the wax for me to have to remove it myself, caused an infection and I had to take medical actions to resolve it. She got the polish on my skin and cuticles and tried to remove some of it with regular remover. She should have known that you can't remove gel without acetone.
