Came back and not acknowledged, seems if she is with someone who has an appointment all others are invisible, not even a hello or glance. Explained they are rude and my husband did not expect rudeness, but she brought her A game. Note one visit I was told she was not there, so apparently she is the only one to help unless you go to the other side and that went terrible they told me I needed to wait but no one knew where she went. Oh well, lots of other providers with better service and more selection and better prices for same quality. No reason to ever return here. Oddly enough, this is a place to charge your electric vehicles, plenty of unused car bays.

Turns out it was more difficult getting the water main turned off because it was Rusty then it was to fix this thanks to their expertise.

Way above my expectation! Incredible online service, and perfect experience until I needed a…read morerefund. But let's praise the positives before the loss of a star: 1. Easy to find parts for nearly any home appliance or system. 2. Amazing prices -- nearly 25-40% of the local hardware prices or direct from factory. (OEM, varies) 3. Super fast online help. Within 1-3 minutes, my questions were completely answered. 4. For 4 parts that I needed for my oven, dishwasher, and fridge...I had them in days for a reasonable $6.95 delivery fee. The downside is: when I needed to return a part (was advised slightly incorrectly and given the wrong part)...I ultimately had to wait 55 days for the credit back to my card. I would describe it as "slip thru the cracks", or "drop the ball", or "forgotten". In the end, all was well...but I spent so little time on the front-end of the ordering, and way too much time spent on back-end side of the transaction. While they don't furnish a live person phone number to call, the response via email is great...and they often have an online chat (like IM) available for immediate response during normal work hours.

They do everything from keys (including "digital chip" key clones) to vast amounts of nuts and bolts, SAE and metric, tools, supplies, home/industrial hardware. They are not Grainger or Lee's. They are not Lowes or Menards. Their prices are sometimes high, but they don't sell cheap gear. I wished they'd sell lumber and plants, but maybe it's better that they don't. They get five stars for being the best HARDWARE store in the area. You don't have to buy a huge blister pack to get just one or two of an item. Their clerks know what they have, and it's a good idea to ask them. They sometimes have better alternatives in mind, and their selection is vast for the size store they operate; they can save you a lot of time, unlike the big box stores, where there are no real specialists except the Big Item sales people.
