We had to get a pool table moved out of the way and they recommended Rack 66, who were also very professional. The carpet installation took 2 days and those installers worked very hard. This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! After he shushed me several times while I was trying to tell him the dimensions I needed, I decided he could shove his carpet remnants somewhere else. I had talked to an older woman on the phone recently, and remember her from several years ago who was very friendly and helpful. Someone get her back in the shop.
