I was happy to meet the owner and he didn't have it in stock but was more than happy to give us a date and time and even gave us a discount with the install. I have to say I found this place MUCH better then other business's I have delt with in the past. They showed up with the right parts and while we have VERY limited space and things they were able to hook it up and set up was a breeze without any issues. I have recommend them to others. Prices are very comparable if not better then a lot of major stores, they also will do setup and removal of old items. When I tried explaining to him that I had spent thousands of dollars in his store just this year alone he very rudely interrupted me to let me know he had customers spending 30 and 40 grand a year with him! I wasn't asking for a free washer, I just thought maybe he could take into account that I was a loyal customer and with my mother passing away last month it has left my dad a little strapped for cash. In my mind after they charged us $100 to drive 5 miles and spend 15 minutes here just to tell us his washer wasn't fixable I had hoped for maybe a $50 discount at most. Instead I was made to feel that my business was insignificant to him. I don't feel this is the way to treat customers, especially in a very small town such as ours.
