Long story short my trucks electrical system went haywire a week ago. Rather than coming back and dealing with the headaches there I decided to go to Best Buy and have the techs troubleshoot the issue. I already had an idea it was the stereo and how it was wired up. I knew because after the installation I started having all types of electrical issues. Best Buy techs found that the stinger module used was faulty and caused all the electrical problems. We came out to find that our car was unlocked and left unattended in an empty lot with a discharged battery. The person in charge at the time said that people's batteries die in their shop "all the time" and that it wasn't a big deal. The explanation was that the power is left running so they can roll the windows up and down for convenience rather than leaving the engine running to prevent the car from dying or turn it on and off.
