Bruno was very impressive! An oil change shop had forgotten to replace the oil cap on my jeep when they gave it me and I didn't find out until days later. Smooth experience since first contact, I reached out for various quotes and Bruno made sure to explain in detail and asked the necessary questions to male sure that my expectations were met. He was able to fit me in within a day notice and was patient with me, he showed up in time for the appointment and got to work right away. Not needing much from me made it a plus since he seems to have all the necessary things for him to do the job, I was able to leave him to it. It wasn't an easy job since it had to do with removing trim pieces and giving a deep clean yet Bruno was able to handle it. Bruno has great communication and definitely get what you pay for and more. I loved how responsive the owner was to my requests for my car to install my seat covers as well as do a detailed interior and exterior clean. I cannot believe how clean it looked because I didn't think we could ever get my husky's fur and pawprints out!! They even offered to work on my car while my husband took it to work!
