Our flight from Europe arrived later than scheduled and our driver was not happy. Never welcomed us back home, didn't ask how our flight went. Only commented on how late we were. Very impersonal. Will not be using Linahan again. read more

Left my two daughters at the end of the driveway instead of pulling up to the house at 2am. Totally not good. When we called spoke to an associate and the owner Wendy called us back was very defensive for the driver, condescending, and not sympathetic at all to the situation. She asked what she could do to resolve the issue, obviously it was already done so it could not be resolved. Rather than taking the drivers side could have listened, apologized and thanked us for letting them know and ensure us that the driver would be spoken to. Although she was insistent that this was a driver that had been with them for a long time and "never" had a complaint. Will not be using them again. read more

We would use Linehan Limousine again should the need arise. The driver arrived promptly when scheduled, was courteous and was very knowledgeable about getting us into Gillette Stadium for a concert. Booking was very easy, which you can do either online, over the phone or in person. Charges were all explained upfront, with no hidden costs or fees, and an email confirmation was sent with a summary of all of the details. The Limousine itself was clean, well stocked with requested refreshments and the driver's appearance was professional. It made for an enjoyable concert experience that we got to and from with no issues. We would use them again. read more

I've personally been using Linahan Limo for years now, typically for airport travel for myself or family members. I've continually been happy with their service for a variety of reasons. 1. The drivers are _always_ on time. I've never been late being picked up, or dropped off. To me this is a critical requirement and they meet it perfectly. 2. The cars are always clean, clearly maintained and filled with gas. This may seem like a no-brainer, but prior to me using Linahan, I've used other companies where cars broke down and one even ran out of gas. 3. Safety is paramount, I often have Linahan pick up my mother in law from the airport and she always comments how pleasant the drivers are and how safe she feels with them as well as the ride to our house. 4. When things go wrong (flight delays, etc) there is always someone to talk to, and they professionally handle it. Recently my mother-in-laws flight was 4 hours delayed. I contacted Linehan early in the morning and throughout the process they had it fully covered and got her here when her flight landed. Since this was the first delay for us that was significant I wasn't sure how it would be handled, but could be more happy how well they took care of it. If you want to have a service that has continually been reliable, safe and has a proven track record. I can wholeheartedly recommend Linahan Limousine. read more

Company forgot the car seat which I supplied them with for my 5 yr. old, which I bought specifically to leave for the limo. Driver was late to pick us up. When I called to speak to management, I was told that it was a busy week with school vacations and its legal not to use a car seat. I'm not sure on the legality piece since it was a sedan but I was more concerned with the safety of my child, Linahan's was not concerned. Only remedy offered to me was to take away the drivers tip. I booked this limousine company 8 months before our trip to Mexico. I requested pricing for 15 passengers and our baggage to be picked up and dropped off at Logan. I received a quote in writing for two limousines, one of which would accommodate 7 passengers and the other for 8 passengers. I was quoted a price of $99.00 for each limousine each way for a total of $400.00 and a suggested 20% tip which was added into the price. Over the course of the next eight months our flight time and flight number changed a few times so I would email the updates and received confirmation emails back. Every email had the price quote on the bottom of $99.00 flat rate with a 20% tip. As our vacation was nearing we had been getting a lot of snow storms and with a new storm scheduled to hit the day before we left, my sister called to ask if we should move the time up a little as we knew Logan would be crazy due to all of the cancellations over the weekend. She spoke with Laurie who agreed that we should probably go in a little earlier. My sister also asked if we should pay the total price on our way in so that it would be all taken care of and Laurie said that we should pay separately because the drivers would not necessarily be the same. My sister confirmed the amount we should be paying. The day of our departure, approximately 40 minutes before we were scheduled to be picked up, I received a call from Laurie telling me that there was some misunderstanding on the price. She said the quote was supposed to be $400.00 per Limousine and that I misinterpreted the quote. You can now imagine my panic as we had 4 families waiting to be picked up. I told her that I had the quote in an email and she told me I needed to send that to her. As I opened my email to look for the emails I had a new one that that she had sent 15 minutes before telling me the price was going to be another $300.00 + . She quickly said that was a mistake. She was the most rude and unprofessional person and I cannot believe that they would allow her to speak to a customer who had not only the original quote but at least 6 additional emails that all had the price listed. She proceeded to tell me that I should have known that the price could not have been correct. When I told her I had rented a Ford Excursion for 12 passengers from another limo company two years prior for the same price she became even ruder. Then she proceeded to ask me how much luggage we had and that the limos could not accommodate a suitcase for every person. When I asked her if we had paid $400.00 per limo would it have accommodated the luggage and she told me it was irrelevant. She then proceeded to hang up. I called back and asked to speak to the Manager. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then came back on the line to tell me that they were going to honor the price but would have to send a separate van for the eight passengers to have the luggage transported to the airport and that she wanted me to know that they were losing a lot of money. I was panicked that they would not show up, but they did and the drivers were fine. We tipped each of them $40.00. It didn't end there. On Sunday, while I was still in Mexico I received a call from Kristen who informed me that a limousine could not accommodate us because of our luggage. I asked how she thought a person could go on a weeklong trip and not have a suitcase. She said she initially booked the reservation and that she would have had a discussion about luggage. It never happened because I would have known from the beginning that every person would have had a piece of luggage. She then said there must have been a typo on the pricing. She then proceeded to tell me that I could have the "Truck" (Ford 150 Limo) for and ADDITIONAL $350.00 or they would have to send a Van for the eight passengers. I told her that she was calling me in Mexico on my vacation and that I was not paying any additional money. I told her to do what she needed to do to provide my transportation and I would deal with it when I got home. Again this is no reflection on the drivers, but because of the rude and unprofessional treatment by Laurie, I would never use them again. I will also pursue any legal remedies for nonperformance of my contract. read more
