It has now been four days and I am being ignored. I want my money back. I don't trust any of their stylists no longer and am disappointed in how they treat their customers which is sad considering a hair salon is a customer based establishment. Homegirl chopped my hair off and then gaslit me by telling me she didn't. Ontop of that she told me it was my fault for how I sleep that one side was growing better than the other so she had to fix it. I understand my hair was damaged on the ends but she easily took 2-3 inches off. I cried the whole way home. How do you not talk to someone before doing that? Communicate to your client what needs to happen and don't just get scissor happy because you think that's what is best. Now I gave it 2 stars because I guess the "blending" is good? To be honest I can't even tell because the money pieces are just blocks in the front of my face, my hair is too short, and the cut job is awful.
