Went it to go blonde via full foils all over My stylist myeashi went over my wishes and what look I was after multiple times to make sure I got the blonde I was after. She was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable. Usually I fidget Cause I'm autistic which slows down the service or makes the stylist angry but she was so accommodating and understanding I felt calm. I took my daughter to get our hair cut here yesterday. I didn't want to cause a scene with my daughter with me but this is hands down the worst hair cut I've ever received and I used to cut my own hair. i asked for chunky layers, and she gave me the worst hack job. My right side is uneven, and is significantly shorter than the left side. She covered it up with a blowout so it wasn't as noticeable but once I got to the car I started to see it. UPDATE: Jackie the manager fixed my hair to make it wearable, but it's still not the original style I asked for. (She couldn't due to how much was cut off) read more

Horrible service by the lady at the front desk. My 80 year old mother came in to get a cut. We saw this staff person flip the closed sign from open to close. However when we walked in they were already cutting the hair of a little boy and his father. This lady stumbled on her words when we asked how long it would be. Clearly they were catering to family or friends of the employees who work there. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I just suffered the worst hair cut I've ever had in my life. I asked for a trim and to keep the long layers I had, but instead my hair got hacked in a hundred different layers and pieces that are uneven and look hideous. I don't know what I said to piss her off (I'm rather quiet), but it takes some damn effort to screw up hair this bad. I will never step foot in a hair cuttery again. I remember thinking the way she was cutting my hair was very strange, but as a shy person I said nothing. People like her do not deserve to be in a salon. I asked for a few inches off and instead she hacks my hair into a million pieces. It's so bad, even my carefree boyfriend said WTF happened. It will take 6 months to grow out. I don't normally do reviews of places (ever), but I felt like doing a review on this place. I'm a guy so this is from a guys haircut perspective, not a girls. I'd say with this place though it all depends on the stylist you get tbh. I have a usual stylist I do appointments with and she does usually a very good job, and I always feel safe letting her cut my hair. Though, I've had my hair cut from other people there and my results are mixed. I'd say 50/50. Only one time it wasn't what I wanted, where I asked for a trim and maybe shorter after. Though, instead I got a buzz. But that was with one person, and really my only complaint is that their stylist aren't all at a base comfortable level. Some really good and some not so good (though it was just one experience). So, I think it's a nice place to try if it's in your area. Just make sure to be forward and direct, as well as point out things you definitely don't want them to do. If you get a stylist you really like, then ask for their card and just roll with them. There's probably way better places then this out there, but trust me there's way worse. Tldr; nice place that does great and not so great service depending on the stylist. Overall I'd give it a 3, though I'm giving it a 4 because I'm very happy with my own stylist there. If you try the place out, just make sure to be specific and direct. read more

I've used Hair Cuttery before but this was my first time at this location. I was greeted when I came in and they were able to take me as a walk-in with a fairly short wait. Keisha cut my hair, I wasn't looking to do anything drastic just needed to redefine my layers, add some layers and frame my face with a longer bang. I'm obsessed with my hair. Keisha listened to all I wanted, looked at my reference pictures and it came out perfectly. I'll definitely be back with my son for his trim ups! Sarah & Alicia do such an amazing job with men's hair cuts and styles. Not afraid to take on challenges. They aim to please. Over all the staff are very nice and attentive. They take appointments. They do eye brow waxing, which also they are really good at, they dye your hair and perms. I can be really picky on who cuts my hair or hair cut place, but this Hair Cuttery does a excellent Job. I would recommend it to any friend, I can not say much about the women hair styles, but as what I have seen when I'm there they are good at it. It's a reasonable place do get all your professional looks. read more

I recently went there for a hair cut and I wasn't satisfied with the results after Destiny cut my hair. I asked for layers and a side bang. She said she would trim my hair first then cut it in layers, I said ok" when it was all done, I come to find out my hair in 3 inches shorter! How was that a trim! The layers are uneven and the side bang is almost too short. My hair looks all chopped up, just a mess. I'm going to have to straighten my hair and curl the ends until my hair grows again. read more

Friend got a haircut here. It is terribly uneven and has random pieces that are longer than everything else. It is not what she asked for at all and now she has to get it recut by someone else. The stylist is either unknowledgable or just extremely lazy. Tabitha coffee would cry at this haircut... My friend certainly has. read more
