Everything is very shiny and comfortable plus there are excellent maps and signage everywhere. I visited Urgent Care for a minor problem. The signs showing where to go were very clear. The woman at the check-in desk was kind, friendly, and helpful. I had to wait only a few moments to see her and she checked me in and collected my co-pay with no wasted motion. The waiting area was large and stocked with very nice furniture. I did have a bit of a wait, but my problem was a relatively low priority. Patients are triaged by the explanation they provide at intake and seen by the urgency of their issue. This seems reasonable to me. Kaiser provides good quality Wi-Fi and I was able to work on my phone while I waited. My wait was interrupted by a visit to an intake room where basic vital statistics were taken. I then returned to the waiting room for a bit. I was called again and taken to a spacious exam room. A friendly PA came by after a short wait. He quickly diagnosed my issue and said a nurse would be by to deal with it. A nice nurse soon appeared and quickly dealt with my issue. The PA then returned to make sure the issue was resolved. He took a few minutes to write up his notes and then closed the visit. I stopped at the intake counter for a moment to check out and all was done. I was impressed with Kaiser's systems and level of organization. Every step of the process ran very efficiently. All of the staffers were friendly, helpful, and concerned with my well-being. The new facility is very nice and appears well-organized.

They put my mind at ease & reminded me why I support PP. When I was checking out I was called up to pay. She told me a price that was too low. I asked if that included the Rx I was getting. She didn't even know about it. So, after standing there watching her type for 10 min and talk to the other receptionist about building a condom turkey decoration, she told me my new total & I paid in exact change with cash. She just took my money & continued typing and laughing with the other girl. Then started doing something else. Not even a "thank you" or ok "you're all set." So I left & two weeks later I received a bill for the service I paid for!! She wasn't even paying attention the whole time!!! I have always loved & supported PP instead of just going to a regular ob/gyn. Women's rights are important to me! Please retrain the girls working that morning! They represent your business terribly! I know it can be scary especially for young women/men to take care of their reproductive health, get tested, even HIV testing. Please make this a more safe & helpful environment for those people by training your front reception ppl to not talk about unprofessional things the whole wait room can hear while they're waiting, and to not be so rude to people! And please, please focus on what you are doing so no one else gets billed twice!!
