I not only sent them pictures of the product, but I included a picture of the box which is clearly marked as the incorrect product. I received another email the following day saying that I had received what I had ordered even though the 2 products have different model numbers as well as different colors. Their email response also stated that I could ship the product back, but I would be charged a 25% fee for restocking. I replied by email that they had mistakenly shipped the wrong model of the product I ordered and didn't feel I should be responsible for a restocking charge. I also pointed out that I was charged a shipping fee when their website clearly shows that there are no shipping charges for orders over $99.00. The product I ordered was $161.00. I was charged for $174.00 total which includes the shipping. I have yet to receive a reply from Riteway Medical which indicates to me that I can keep a product I have no need for or ship it back at my expense and accept their 25% restocking fee. I do not recommend Riteway Medical as clearly they don't care and aren't willing to correct their errors.
