Elizabeth Luce I have had four phone calls with this great staff at Lincare. I won't remember all your names guys, so you have been warned....I think(lol). Actually more than four and I just have to say these things. 1. Extremely nice 2. Extremely professional and it was obvious they knew without a doubt what their job description was. 3. They kept me updated on an almost daily basis. This was a true first for me. 4. They had a sense of humor, which goes a long way when you are lLL....so a BIG THANK YOU TO ALL FOUR OF YOU! 5. Lisa, you made my day and more so by just talking to me like a person, not a "customer". 6. I am very HOH and they were patient with me. 7. We are still in the process of the paper work getting done and the manager Dan, is taking it over himself to Make sure it gets to where it needs to go. 8. Last but not least at all, I cannot remember her name, but her reassurance and kindness , well some things money can't buy. I want to say her first name begins with an A or E. This has nothing at all to do with her capabilities and knowledge. You see, I have MS, Severe Rheumatoid Arthtritis, End Stage COPD, and CHF. I was in ICU IN 2017 and not expected to live. A lot of cardiac issues with the CHF. I guess God had other plans for me also. My EF was critical at 15% and I had to where a life vest if i went into cardiac arrest.. Not dependable anymore since the Ocala branch is under new management. Getting fully paid and cuts patients off. When the order says E tanks 24 hours a day they force you to use a concentrator when PT needs pure oxygen do to medical conditions that require it. Then bill you when you're 100% covered by insurance. Do your research billing is terrible even when you made 3 way calls to their office with the insurance company on the phone that's said Patient doesn't owe because they are fully covered by insurance. Oh tanks from Ocala were always very dirty but when they came from Gainesville or lady lake they were clean. So that should tell you how this branch is proving to their PT. Tanks would be delivered empty several times but I'm sure the billing wasn't corrected which also made my supply short. Manager came to my home with his tobacco in his mouth spitting in my yard. That's Gross! Since I've been with the company I've been told reasons why drivers were fired. They were great guys delivery workers. And the girls in the office recently have stayed to show attitude since they're under new management. read more

My Dr ordered a CPAP machine from Lincare. The first time I tried to contact them I was on hold 45 'minutes and finally got frustrated and hung up. They FINALLY contacted me and I went in to get my Machine. I had gotten a really bad cold and had several questions so I attempted to email the girl I saw while I was there and her response mail was returned to me! Then I proceeded to call and once again...... I was on hold for 1 hour without speaking to anyone! i called my dr and requested another company! This is the poorest customer service given by a company that I have EVER seen. DO NOT USE THEM! read more

I came in today looking for help with both of my parents portable oxygen machines. I was in a complete panic because I couldn't get one of the new parts in. Jose and Lisa helped me and were able to figure it out. I was so relieved and tried to tip them because my parents didn't buy the machines there but they wouldn't accept any money. Highly recommend! Have had many difficulties with these people. Unreliable for supplying equipment replacements to sending the wrong items. Have had to call back many times because equipment did not show up as promised. Always another excuse. Last time they blamed "the answering service" for not giving them the call. When you rely on medical equipment to stay breathing, there is absolutely no room for inefficiency, incompetence or just plain laziness. read more

Dealing with Libcare in Ocala for Medicare issues has been a continual never-ending royal pain. The staff keeps changing, or so I have seen. Possibly due to so many irate customers. Getting anything through Lincare (CPAP, Nebulizer, meds, replacements, etc.) is an exercise in frustration. Can't get a straight answer, rules constantly change, ANYTHING to delay satisfying a customer request. I honestly hate dealing with these people. read more

The company is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I would give them less then a one star if I could. Horrible service. They lie to you. They say the driver has your equipment and be at your home between a certain time and when you call a certain time it goes to the answering service and they have the driver call you back directly and he will tell you he has no delivery for you on his truck and knows nothing as to why. It's been three business days and I am still waiting for my equipment to be delivered and I still getting the run around. Do not use this company. I would not refer them to my worst enemy. I don't know how they are in business. And my Dr. used them to get my equipment. I need my equipment to get to my Dr. office after being released from the hosp. I have also called to complain to my Dr. office and will complain to my Dr. when I get there or should I say if I ever get my equipment delivered so I can get to my Dr. office. Lincare is a horrible, horrible, terrible company and they need to be shut down for how bad they are. Absolutely the worst company. My husband's physician sent a referral for a startup of oxygen therapy for my husband on a Tuesday due to seriously low oxygen levels. Never heard anything. I called the company on Friday and the person answering the phone was the rudest person ever. After a very long time on hold I was told he was not in their system and they did not have the referral and I would have to call the doctor's office. I did that the same Friday afternoon and of course had to wait the weekend for the result. I called the company again on Monday and received the same result. The doctor's office assured me they sent the referral on Tuesday and Friday and now again on Monday. Finally after repeated calls I was told they did receive the request and because it was a Medicare Blue Cross it would need to be authorized and that takes a week. What kind of company has this kind of service that makes a patient wait over 10 days for oxygen equipment that is needed 24 hours per day. I would never recommend this company. If your doctor prescribes this medical treatment and states they will send a referral to Lincare, just ask for another provider. It could save your life! read more

These people "Have you" if (1) you are on Medicare, & (2) need CPAP supplies. And they know it. Don't bother to answer phone, when you get through you ALWAYS are put on hold, then transferred or referred to an 800 Number. Very poor, rude, slow service. read more
