Actually more than four and I just have to say these things. 1. Extremely nice 2. Extremely professional and it was obvious they knew without a doubt what their job description was. 3. They kept me updated on an almost daily basis. This was a true first for me. 4. They had a sense of humor, which goes a long way when you are lLL....so a BIG THANK YOU TO ALL FOUR OF YOU! 5. Lisa, you made my day and more so by just talking to me like a person, not a "customer". 6. I am very HOH and they were patient with me. 7. We are still in the process of the paper work getting done and the manager Dan, is taking it over himself to Make sure it gets to where it needs to go. 8. Last but not least at all, I cannot remember her name, but her reassurance and kindness , well some things money can't buy. I want to say her first name begins with an A or E. This has nothing at all to do with her capabilities and knowledge. You see, I have MS, Severe Rheumatoid Arthtritis, End Stage COPD, and CHF. I was in ICU IN 2017 and not expected to live. A lot of cardiac issues with the CHF. I guess God had other plans for me also. My EF was critical at 15% and I had to where a life vest if i went into cardiac arrest.. When the order says E tanks 24 hours a day they force you to use a concentrator when PT needs pure oxygen do to medical conditions that require it. Then bill you when you're 100% covered by insurance. Do your research billing is terrible even when you made 3 way calls to their office with the insurance company on the phone that's said Patient doesn't owe because they are fully covered by insurance. Oh tanks from Ocala were always very dirty but when they came from Gainesville or lady lake they were clean. So that should tell you how this branch is proving to their PT. Tanks would be delivered empty several times but I'm sure the billing wasn't corrected which also made my supply short. Manager came to my home with his tobacco in his mouth spitting in my yard. That's Gross! Since I've been with the company I've been told reasons why drivers were fired. They were great guys delivery workers. And the girls in the office recently have stayed to show attitude since they're under new management.

We're both high risk and concerned about the COVID-19 situation, even though we are self-quarantining in our community. They advised that the masks were in stock, so I drove over the next morning to their location. Going in I noticed that the front counter is neatly surrounded by a plexiglass partition allowing you to speak with both a cashier or pharmacist if necessary. I was very warmly greeted and shown the mask I wanted, and was told they have a good supply. This pharmacy accepts most insurance plans, and can even deliver your items free to your home - a wonderful benefit. It looks like they have everything you need at reasonable prices - a great alternative to the chain drugstore. As a small gift I was presented with a purse size bottle of hand sanitizer. This place was a pleasure to deal with - and I would continue to go there in the future.

A pedorthist is a professional who has specialized training to modify footwear and employ supportive devices to address conditions which affect the feet and lower limbs. I am a Type2 diabetic. As a diabetic Medicare will provide one pair of shoes a year. After jumping through all the hoops that Medicare makes you jump through, The paperwork ends up with Brian, and that's when the magic begins. Brian measures your feet, makes suggestions on styles of shoes then makes impressions of your soles for inserts that will fit into the new shoes. Once all this is completed, one leaves the store with "happy feet." Brian is a laid back, down to earth person who is very easy to talk to about any problems you may have with your shoes. Brian is at this store only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the other days he's in Tampa. I highly recommend and trust Brian Maggio. Back to Health Aid Company. They can handle all your durable equipment needs, such as, wheelchairs, both manual and electric, mobility scooters, lift chairs, hospital beds, commodes, crutches, canes, and walkers.
