    We have shopped here on multiple occasions and our last journey will be our final. We purchased a couch and two chairs. 1st the quality of the product is equal to rent a center (sorry rent a center). 2nd we were treated like we were renting the furniture and not like we just spent thousands of dollars. Fast forward after 16 weeks, 5 trips in and out of our home we have furniture and with in days of it being replaced I found a broken off bolt underneath the chair which I showed to a service person (hmm not sure what that is just keep and eye on it) my wife was told because of the trouble they will discount. The junk is here and we have never heard another word from them... Discount ha. In a year when we have to replace it we will shop elsewhere. Never Heard another word from them.

    I found the perfect couch for me at Lincoln Mattress & Furniture. Quality at an affordable price. Upon delivery, the men had trouble getting my couch through the front door. The back of my couch was taller than most. The owner, Jerry, on the same day, came back with the truck, delivery men and couch and we got it through the patio door! I've never had such personal service or bought from a company more committed to making sure the customer is happy. I love my new couch. The service is top notch. Thanks to my salesperson, Misty, the delivery crew and to Jerry. Make your first stop Lincoln Mattress and Furniture.

    We went in to the store on Friday and met with Kade. He was very friendly and helped us find the…read moremattress we wanted. We had to think about it but it was great he texted us what we had looked at so we could come back and purchase. In the meantime I had looked online and I received a 15% off coupon which was perfect as we were going back that same weekend to purchase. We went back on Sunday and met with DeMarcus and the coupon was not working. He was very nice and said to text the same number (that Kade) had texted us on and explain what was happening so that when he returned to work on Tuesday he would be able to provide us the discount, as he had overriding capabilities. I left the store and immediately followed up with the text. Monday I received a text that said "I will pass this along to Kade" never heard from him nor anyone else at mattress firm all week! So I have now gone to Ernie's to purchase my mattress as it seems that Kade didn't need or want my $4,000+ sale...when Demarcus rang it up, it was $4.100 which I would imagine could be a good commission for someone but I may be mistaken based on Kades lack of follow through. I'm glad so many other places sell the same mattress and we were able to meet an amazing sales woman at Ernie's to help us buy what we needed.

    I'm extremely frustrated at the customer service I received post purchase. I bought a mattress and…read moreadjustable base in 2016. The mattress was overpriced, but I do love it. However, the adjustable base, which I bought the extended warranty on, quit working. The only way to get it to work is to reset it by unplugging it. I put in an online claim. One side of the bed doesn't always function and often leaves me stranded in the zero gravity position so I can't get out of bed without resetting it. Which by the way, is pretty hard to do while you're in it!! In addition, I just had complete knee replacement surgery, yesterday. Sadly, my bed still DOESN'T work -approximately two months later. As if this wasn't bad enough the reps at Mattress Firm lied to me TWICE. The second rep told me she would order the parts and in actuality she can't until the service person puts it in his report that a new motor is needed. Lie number two. After speaking to a supervisor she stated that an email was sent requesting the cost of the parts and for a new service call. NOT a request to order that parts. Backing up to the first visit when the service person came out they used the extra remote and programmed it. I specifically asked what the next step would be if that didn't solve the issue and he said they world have to replace the motor. But, because he didn't write that part of our conversation in his report Mattress Firm has no record of it. So no parts can be ordered. Of course two nights later it quit working -again. I called the Mattress Firm rep and she told me she would put in an urgent request for parts to fix the issue and another remote as a back up since the one quit working. (This was the first lie.) Several weeks later, on May 19th Furniture Solutions finally sent a different service person to fix the base. I was unaware that he didn't have the new parts because they were NEVER ordered because he didn't make any notes about the next steps and what parts it would need if the reprogrammed remote didn't solve the issue. Not to mention that he stood in my bedroom and took a personal call during my service call time instead of doing his job and making all the nots clear about the issues the adjustable base was having. Very unprofessional. Consequently, they then sent a different person from FS. All he did is check the remote- after I unplugged and plugged it back in that morning to make it work so I could get out of the bed, then of course it worked. Had I known he didn't have the parts, I was told were ordered, and they were just coming to "reassess it I would have taken another day off of work to explain the issue in detail. However, I didn't know I'd need to be there to supervise him doing his job. So my mom was there to just let him in. He stayed less than five minutes and closed the claim stating that it was working. Mattress Firm called to follow up- at this time I find out the part can't be ordered until the tech writes it in their report as "needed". This I only find out after requesting to speak to a supervisor. They were both using every technique possible to just shut me up and get me off the phone. So now a THIRD service person has to come assess the problem to determine if/and/or what parts are needed. It is now June and I'm still waiting for the bed to work properly.
