So we bypassed it and went into The Loft around the corner! (Read my review on The Loft. An amazing place that I just want to soak in!) At the Loft we were referred to Lee Douglas, "if you love us, step next door to our sister company and be amazed". So we walked around the corner and into an amazingly well set up space. Usually furniture stores are wide open spaces with scads of couches, chairs etc that one has to pull their creativity together. At Lee Douglas they stage furniture that provides a homey comfort feel. The furniture is beautiful and unique. Clients do have the opportunity to customize with the wide variety of fabrics, colors and they have wallpaper. The real gem is with Brenda!! She was fabulous!! She has a warm greeting meeting us as we walked in. Asked great questions and shared some wonderful guidance. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is that we haven't actually purchased anything yet to assess the quality after some use. However I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next piece from them! Recommend you stop in and ask for Brenda. She won't disappoint!!

Yesterday, we purchased two table height deck chairs in matching color and composition to the Adirondacks, to replace a couple of other chairs on the deck that were 14 years old and showing their age. We'll get the new chairs in about a month. The service at this store was excellent, the conversation with the associate that helped us was great, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Additionally, the majority of the furniture being carried looked cheap and dirty. I did a little research on their website and found that they're now operating an eBay storefront where they seem to be diverting any nicer products. It seems like a crime that they're taking donated local items and trying to sell them online rather than keep them affordable and in the Lincoln community. I don't see myself shopping here again; I'll take my chances on FB marketplace.
