So we bypassed it and went into The Loft around the corner! (Read my review on The Loft. An amazing place that I just want to soak in!) At the Loft we were referred to Lee Douglas, "if you love us, step next door to our sister company and be amazed". So we walked around the corner and into an amazingly well set up space. Usually furniture stores are wide open spaces with scads of couches, chairs etc that one has to pull their creativity together. At Lee Douglas they stage furniture that provides a homey comfort feel. The furniture is beautiful and unique. Clients do have the opportunity to customize with the wide variety of fabrics, colors and they have wallpaper. The real gem is with Brenda!! She was fabulous!! She has a warm greeting meeting us as we walked in. Asked great questions and shared some wonderful guidance. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is that we haven't actually purchased anything yet to assess the quality after some use. However I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next piece from them! Recommend you stop in and ask for Brenda. She won't disappoint!!

Beware! Store return policy is 14 days. If you are giving a gift from Awakening, especially during…read morethe holidays, the person who receives the gift will likely not have enough time to make a return. My gift was defective, the wrapping of a smudge bundle is loose & falling apart. They will not even allow an exchange of the product. Awakenings could have taken a high ground using common sense and good customer service to remedy the request for an exchange. They could also have reasonable return policy, for holiday purchases, between black Friday & Jan 1st that extend the return time to something like, Feb 1st to allow holiday shoppers a reasonable time to give a gift with the assurance that it could be exchanged for something more personal, if needed. My husband used my phone number for the "rewards" during the holidays & spent a lot of money. Making a $5-$10 exchange would have been the difference between my continued business and not going back. There are so many other places to purchase smudge bundles, incents, and crystals.
