I'm a big fan of Wash, Dry and Fold (WDF) whenever I can get it when traveling. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lizzie twice and Katie once and while they are all business given the high volume of laundry they process, they also recognize the importance of customer service. The final product is spectacularly folded and placed in a clear plastic bag so you can see and find all your clothes easily. It also has a nice clean scent to it. I'm so skeeved out and annoyed to have to spend any amount of time from my vacation in this dump. So vile. No attendant on site. After I loaded 6 loads of laundry (three loads of towels) into the dryers. I put about $15 in quarters into the dryers. Not one of the dryers had heat. I had to load everything into bags and go to a different laundromat to dry everything. Needless to say, I have lost half a day of vacation to this and I'm out $15. We went in and the woman who works there was BEYOND helpful. First off, she came to the door when she saw me trying to bring the comforter in and she opened the door for me. She told me what machine to use and how to use it. She even said she would take care of it for us, washing and drying and we could go next door to the restaurant while it was being done. Hell ya, I'm down with that. I gave her $8 in ones for both washing and drying and we came back over an hour later and the comforter needed more time to dry so I got a chance to talk to this woman who I found out her name was Karen. I asked her "do you own this place" and she said no. I told her, you would think you do because you are so kind and so helpful. I mean beyond helpful, it's just so no 2020, it's more like 1920's helpful which is so nice during these challenging times. Both times I have come here, the attendant (female the first time and male the second time) were both very helpful and friendly to myself and to others. Although this might not be a "high-end" laundromat (i don't know if those even exist) it fulfilled the job I needed it to do; CLEAN MY CLOTHES! I have no complaints, except that currently the LARGE dryers have someone's dried clothes sitting in them and no one is able to use them. They should be removed by the staff so other customers can use them (or these people need to come get their clothes). Overall I've had no issue. **EDIT: Once my clothes finished washing, I spoke with the male attendant and he kindly removed the dried clothes that were sitting in the large dryer for the last 45 minutes so I was able to use it to dry my clothes.

I walked into one of the CLEANEST looking UNCROWDED places I've seen. The employees were wonderful and helped explain how to use the machines. One employee walked around and wiped down the tops of the washers where people dripped the soap. They have all sizes of washers available. Their prices seem pretty standard for washing machines and dryers. I WILL definitely come back to do my laundry here again!
