It begins from the queues which often reach the front door and the lack of counter staff put on. The staff look fed-up and one female staff doesn't even say "thank you" after my custom. The state of the shop looks a tip and very untidy. Worse is the female Manager, who defends bad customer service of her team and is rude and aggressive in her attitude if u dare complain to her. Other people in the town say exactly the same on poor experience there. If I could print my own proof of postage, i'd never go into another Post Office again! Hermes suits me fine & costs half the price to send a small parcel. I've voted Grantham-PO TERRIBLE and if there was a minus star as I don't even think it deserves 1-star.*
