Well, we ended up firing Jennifer after many weeks of hearing buyers tell us we were overpriced, finally selling via another realtor for $535k. We weren't in a hurry, so we had time to get the price right, this wasn't a fire sale. I know it's hard to price some properties, but there are plenty of houses along Evergreen Parkway with noise.
