I received my first in-person healing from Linda. Her area felt cozy and it was easy to relax. Linda was very helpful in explaining what she was doing and helping me understand the process better. When the session began, I pictured a large tree then a white horizontal line that opened and closed. I received an in-person healing from Linda. Before my session, I was feeling tired, having a headache, and pain in my stomach and ankle. I felt a lot of tingly feelings throughout my body. When my chakras were activated, I felt warmth at the spot at first and eventually my whole body felt really hot. During the session, I pictured a waterfall as well as images of clouds passing by as if I was flying above the clouds. The experience was very relaxing overall. I received a distance healing from Linda. Before the healing, I was feeling very anxious, in and out of sadness, a little depressed, overwhelmed, emotional, confused, and I felt as if I was out of control and out of touch with myself. At first, I saw myself crying, sad, frantic, confused. I felt myself getting more relaxed and calm as the healing went on for about 20 minutes. The heavy lump in my throat disappeared, the burning in my chest subsided (I envisioned fire). At one point I felt her energy around my arms and hands, tingly, and my hands went from clutching onto the edge of my blanket with stress to gently placed over my stomach. My legs suddenly felt cold and tingly at one point so I pulled the blanket over them. I saw myself as a natural healer suddenly, which I haven't really thought about doing recently. I received an in-person healing with Linda. I'm usually stressed out most of the time with a lot of work/school related issues on my mind. There are a lot of worries about my future and what my next step is, needless to say, it puts a strain on my mind and body. I usually have this tightness in my throat that is there constantly because of stress. During the session, it was relaxing with the music and I tried to clear my mind and put myself in a more meditative state. It was a lot easier when I focused on the music and just letting it occupy my mind. As she moved her hands from different parts of my body I began to relax a lot more. There wasn't much I could remember because I ended falling asleep quite quickly but there were two distinct images that came up. The first one was when she had her palms on my chest and I immediately got an image a completely grey background with white swirling fog. The fog had flashes of lighting traveling through it ever so often, it looked almost like a storm. It dissipated when she removed her palms from my chest and my breathing felt a bit lighter and clearer. The second image was when she touched my knees and I found myself staring down at what looked like thick trunk-like wooden legs completely covered in green moss. At this point I was so relaxed and focus on her hands that I could almost feel her heartbeat through her palms. In my mind, it seemed like with each pulse in her hands my wooden legs began to crack and splinter, revealing my true human legs underneath. As she began to move on to my ankles I drifted in and out of sleep. Afterwards, I felt extremely relaxed, the healing might have only been for 20 mins or so but it felt like I had slept for a good 3hrs. The tightness in my throat was gone and I felt like I had energy again. I would recommend Linda, I think she is great. She has done a healing for me twice already and each time has left me feeling relaxed and energized again.
