I didn't receive anything for two weeks, contacted the gallery and was told there was a mixup and the artist had left the country with all of the copies. Even though when i purchased it, the hotel had called the gallery to make sure it was available. I called, left a message, the gallery tried calling back, i was out of town. They said they would issue a refund, I never received anything. I am having to get the hotel to help with this. So, bottom line, if you go there and buy something, it might be a good experience. So many twisting, turning, disorienting pathways, and a surprise at every corner. We went on a slow Sunday night mid-October, and the line was slow, but for a reason. They make sure there is plenty of room between groups so the scares aren't ruined. And I appreciate that. The actors were talented, funny, scary. My friend and I went and purchased the "couples xtreme pass," which was fast pass and touch pass. It was 116.60 after fees and tax. 100 percent worth it. Loved this. Would recommend it to anyone.
