First, you must call to set up an appointment to shop. The store is small so they only allow a certain amount of people inside. They have different hours as well. Upon entering, they require a face mask and hand sanitizer before browsing the store. The location is literally right off campus. Parking can be annoying in this area. There is street parking in front or a small parking lot behind the store. Keep this in mind when visiting. There are a couple of other businesses located in the same building: a Korean restaurant (delicious) and a music store downstairs. If you're looking for a fun and unique store, definitely visit!

I didnt hear anything else Wednesday so Thursday morning i replied asking for the earliest available on Sunday. Still hadnt heard anything by early evening Thursday so i replied again asking if there was a better way to coordinate an appt. By 9pm Thursday night i was growing impatient because i had other things pending that i needed to schedule but was waiting to confirm a time that i could work around so i messaged again asking of we could please confirm a time for Sunday. I did not hear anything back until Friday night at 930pm when I received a message " Tomorrow 6:30 pm ? thank you for your patience". The whole week i was advised of Sunday availability and left sunday open trying to coordinate the appt. At 930pm on a friday i am told of 630pm Sat. I was beyond frustrated. I was so excited when i found this place on google and read the amazing reviews and to go through what i went through trying to set an appt the whole week to end up with nothing was extremely disappointing. My question about a better way to coordinate appts was ignored so my reply was that i no longer had availability for the weekend after trying to set something all week and that if there was a better way to communicate then i would reach out when my schedule was a little more open (im currently battling breast cancer and have a busy schedule with appts) and if there was no better way to communicate then i was unfortunately no longer interested. I received no reply. No apologies for the poor communication. No information on an easier way to schedule. I dont understand how a business is rated so well if that is how potential clients are treated.
