If I could give zero stars, I would. This office is the epitome of incompetence. After waiting over…read morea month with no updates, I had to call to follow up on my referral and appointment. The staff couldn't find me in their system--even though I was previously told I was in it, and I verbally spoke with them repeatedly to ensure that I was in it! They claimed they didn't receive my referral on multiple occasions, despite it being sent TWICE by my doctor and emailed directly by me. How hard is it to manage basic communication and documentation? Their lack of organization and professionalism is beyond frustrating. No one seems to know what they're doing, and the total disregard for patient needs is appalling. Avoid this office at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time and dealing with incompetent staff who couldn't care less about providing proper care or service. Because there is no office manager to speak with to try and resolve this issue I have to warn everyone to stay away. Never in my life have I ever experienced such ineptness.

Abusive. Immoral. Unethical. Allowed my daughter to leave her office intoxicated to drive home…read more Only acknowledged it to me but would never talk about it to my daughter. My daughter admitted her husband puts his hands on her. Judith avoided all serious issues with my daughter and would only focus on me with diagnoses of magnitude levels. Upon talking to other therapists after the fact of telling my daughter to sever our relationship to include my granddaughter, i was told it's been heard through years of her issues as a therapist. Her reviews from as far back as 2016 mimics our experience. She refuses to give my records. When I pushed the request , she said she didn't have access to them, we were in her office. Under the advice of the Licensing Board I am to file a police report for them to do an investigation. Please do not even take a chance out of desperation for hope. This is a dangerous therapist desperate to be the therapist she was 20 years ago. If you do go, please immediately reconsider when she self admits she has memory issues. When you see her lips moving to what your saying, please leave. Don't let this therapist ruin your relationships because she gets overwhelmed and can not have the same response on the same subject at two different times.
