It took 3 horrific other services and over $10,000 in damage to my Dad's condo, theft of money, possessions and food before I found this personally owned business. And I think that might be one of the reasons the care is so much better. As opposed to the large corporate businesses, who apparently will hire anyone off the street. My father has dementia, so there is no feedback from him on his care. First of all, communication is high on my list. Shelli is aces here. They also have a website that you can go into to see everything that is written up, schedules and add your own comments and needs. Second, quality of caregivers. People, I can not stress enough. You get what you pay for! These women and men are experienced, educated and in my case have multiple degrees and have taken it upon themselves to further educate and update themselves on my Dad's illness and the exercises that will benefit him. They also work with me, as I have now had to move in with Dad, to educate me. Third, these are happy, highly appreciated employees. When I sent a letter to Michael commending the women, I was amazed to find out that they were immediately informed of my praise, the letter was placed in their file, they were recognized on the company's bulletin board AND they received a gift certificate! I could go on much longer but I trust these women enough with my Dad that I would be comfortable going away for a few days. And they have made my life so much less complicated and lifted a huge burden from my shoulders.

The care was wonderful from most of the caregivers but one caregiver in particular, Renata was absolutely one of the most capable and caring caregivers I've ever come across in 40 years of healthcare. She anticipated my mom's needs before my mom even needed to say something. She fixed her home, cooked meals, and kept the house exceptionally clean. She was phenomenal at communicating with us for any needs that my mom might have. Renata is a tremendous asset to your company. She never sat in the other room reading books, never was on her phone, and responded to my mom even by conversing.
