You have to spend 30 mins on the phone running around a phone tree and repeating yourself. And if you have an active child that has moved away at college age and doesn't get seen they will drop them as a patient and tell you they can schedule you in 7+ months! I would assume the doctors would not approve of this treatment for their patients, but it's all about billing and dollars now. No one cares that your child has been a patient since they were 4.

We had an emergency last year, and Dr. McCord gave us her cell phone number so we could ask her questions through the whole process. Really, we loved going there. What changed? I called this week to get a copy of my son's immunization records only to learn that this practice has CLOSED! Dr. Debacker is now practicing in Pinckney, but we won't be following him there. I cannot believe they would close an office without telling their patients! I feel heartbroken and betrayed.

In 2024 after some blood work, he called my house on a saturday morning telling me I needed to get to the emergency room as soon as I could. How many doctors we'll call you at home on a Saturday morning? Not many I'm sure. He makes you feel like you are the only patient he has. Every time I see him, I'm thankful that I found him in the phone book. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and go out of their way to accommodate you for your needs. If you're looking for a good doctor and hopefully he has room for new patients. You definitely need to see Dr. Howell.

Dr. Fleming is an OB/GYN. He is a great doctor: he's kind, gentle, funny, and puts you at ease…read moreevery moment of your visit. He is on the older side, which is only a bummer if it means he's not going to practicing much longer (who knows? he's still plenty vibrant and energetic). He's a really wonderful person and he's also Catholic, which means you don't have to hesitate to express your moral concerns with anything you might be worried about. I feel comfortable and trusting when I visit him.
