And if you have an active child that has moved away at college age and doesn't get seen they will drop them as a patient and tell you they can schedule you in 7+ months! I would assume the doctors would not approve of this treatment for their patients, but it's all about billing and dollars now. No one cares that your child has been a patient since they were 4.

We had an emergency last year, and Dr. McCord gave us her cell phone number so we could ask her questions through the whole process. Really, we loved going there. What changed? I called this week to get a copy of my son's immunization records only to learn that this practice has CLOSED! Dr. Debacker is now practicing in Pinckney, but we won't be following him there. I cannot believe they would close an office without telling their patients! I feel heartbroken and betrayed.

I do appreciate that you can sign in ahead of time online to save your spot. Checking in was an easy process. They had to update my chart from when I had visited an urgent care in the network several years ago. Once was checked in I was taken immediately to an exam room. The nurse came in within 5 minutes of being in the room to take my vitals and stuff. The doctor was in shortly after to do an exam, etc. From start to finish I would say that I was in and out in about 30-45 minutes. Very clean practice and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Also, no RSV testing at this site, per the provider. Tip: consider Walgreens scheduled testing instead if you just need a COVID/flu rapid test or PCR (PCR is a confirmatory test and not the home antigen) test.
