From the…read morecheck in staff, restaurant servers, and casino dealers and bartenders, all were very friendly and catered to any need I had. In the restaurant I had a great meal once again, the food was served quickly and had good taste. The atmosphere everywhere is clean, friendly and fun, and inside the room it was very spacious, really clean, and very comfortable. If I'm ever back in the area, this one is a no-brainer booking!

If not for the effort of our server (shout out to Melinda) I wouldn't even give a one star. The food took forever to come out (let's just chalk that up to staffing issues) The Thursday dinner crowd was lite, so maybe only person showed up. After waiting forever the food that came out was among the worst I have had. My salad with salmon came out with shrimp my husband's steak was so salty it was inedible. He returned it (which is VERY unusual) and he had to wait forever to get a replacement entree. Manager stopped by comped a desert (nice ) After we left (wait made us late for a show) I looked at the bill and discovered they over charged the bread service..prices ten dollars on the menu charged twelve. No, I would not go back for two dollars but that certainly told me the caliber of the restaurant! I will never return and will certainly discourage others. So disappointing!!!

This is a hotel I was unfamiliar with so I didn't know what to expect, but my Wife and I were…read morereally happy with our stay. The motif is based on a cabin-ish style and that's something I always enjoy. The lobby is pretty big and open and the hotel appears to be geared towards large groups such as a wedding, or business get-together as there are several meeting rooms. The hotel does have an indoor/outdoor pool and several, spacious sitting areas. There is a bar located on sight and they serve a free breakfast in the morning. We didn't eat here, but I saw they had eggs, potatoes, and sausage. They also had the usual items like bagels. The room is very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room had a microwave and a decent sized fridge. It also has a Keurig which I know may be considered pretty standard nowadays. I forgot soap, but was glad to see that there was a bottle of Bath and Body Works body wash that had a eucalyptus scent. When I was checking in, I inadvertently prevented check-in from being as smooth as possible, but the young lady working the desk (Sydney) was very friendly, patient, and understanding. Lastly, I felt as though the room was very nicely priced as I've stayed in far worse for more money. The only issue we had is that the sheet on the bed made no attempt at staying on, but I didn't even notice until my Wife pointed it out I don't know how often I'll get the chance to stay at this chain since there aren't any close to me, but I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Their website makes it look amazing and a steal of a deal but I've stayed in Best Westerns that seemed cleaner. The pool was down for a little bit while we were there (maintenance so it wasn't their fault). Our room was clean at first glance but had some dirty sports. Weird stain on the wall inside the door, some short little hairs in the shower. Very convenient and worth a stay if in town for business or pleasure. Hotel staff was very kind.

A nice location if you want to visit Sioux City…read more When we arrived, we had a nice view of the river and some geese outside our room. When we moved the chair in the room to sit by the window we found a discarded pair of underwear behind it. Otherwise the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C wasn't too loud. Even though we set the temperature, the A/C unit did it's own thing changing the temp. At one point in the night it dropped to 70 and it was set at 74 so we woke up very cold. But it was 75 and hot when we woke up in the morning. Front desk staff were efficient. I was disappointed that the M Club only served breakfast until 9am on a Sunday. It would have been nice to have it until 9:30am.

Great building but very little outside offerings for food…read more I tried looking at Uber eats and yelp for delivery and it was so limited I opted not to eat The hotel restaurant was very pricey. It was a chophouse. Uber support to SUX was not available because had to cross state line Taxi services available. Mine was not the greatest. The airport shuttle was not available until well after my morning flight time. I would recommend getting a hotel in the Iowa side of Sioux City and it would probably be more convenient in many ways This apparently has a conference center so if you are going there for a conference, you should be ready to drive to a restaurant. Not much within a short walking distance except for a fast food/bar food type setting
