On the afternoon of our friends wedding day, I watched Justin and his securely fastened fanny-pack, save the day for numerous wedding party & family members by keeping a sewing kit, band aids, water bottles, snacks, and other items at the ready. He was quick to hand Sara a safety pin, so that she could fix a bridesmaids broken strap before wedding party photos. An hour later, I watched him calmly reassured the MOB as he cleaned her emerald green dress, after a splotch of mayo tried to ruin the day. I noticed all of these things as just a guest, so I can't even imagine what other hiccups were fixed & crises were avoided, behind the scenes! Everyone knows... it's not a wedding until everyone is 20 minutes behind the established timeline, and at least one groomsman has had a few too many beers. Justin & Sara's performance at this event, led me to approach their table that night, introduce myself, and attempt to book them as MY wedding DOC's within the first 5 minutes of meeting them... AND I wasn't even engaged! (yet). Their advanced preparation, quick-thinking, and ability to communicate with all the different people it takes to successfully navigate a 250+ person wedding, sold me before I had even met them. ---- Fast forward to January 2025, I am actually engaged now (lol), and in full-on wedding planning mode. I contacted Justin & Sara to book their DOC services- and they immediately agreed to take on my big day! On September 13th, 2025, I married the love of my life, and had the most perfect wedding day. Looking back on our big day, we can confidently say that Justin and Sara were the best wedding coordinators we could have EVER ask for! They reached out multiple times in the months and weeks prior to the wedding to understand our vision and all the little, yet important, details. They were able to help us make informed decisions on certain things, but were never too overwhelming with questions, or pushy with their opinions. On the morning of the wedding, they worked their tails off getting all the last minute details finalized and it turned out perfect. They remained poised & professional when navigating other family member's opinions, respectfully suggested changes that better aligned with our vision, and expertly handled any and all problems that arose, without ever involving myself or the groom-- unless absolutely necessary. Hiring Justin & Sara allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment on one of the biggest days of our lives. They were amazing to work with in all stages of wedding planning, and we can't recommend Bellora Event Coordination enough if you want to actually enjoy your big day, instead of getting tied up by all the questions and bogged down with logistics. Barbara's has always assisted me in choosing flowers and arrangements, even suggesting colors. I have never been disappointed. This florist takes her time assisting customers. I appreciate that very much because good customer service is becoming a thing of the past, especially in the big metropolitan area where I live. My cousin takes a photo of her flowers every time she gets some and sends me that photo. She is thrilled to receive the beautiful flowers this florist provides. And, I am always impressed with the lovely arrangement. Other people who see her floral arrangements always comment how beautiful they are. A few days ago, I purchased a dozen yellow roses for my cousin from Barbara's. They were glorious! The artistry of this florist shows in the time they take to make any arrangement look spectacular.
