I called Linda's along with 2 other Taxi's in Port Clinton to assure a ride to Nugent's Canal on the Saturday of August 11th, I called before we left Put in Bay and was simply told there would be "tons" of cabs there waiting on business, and that they all charge the same. We weren't concerned about a charge but rather a safe drive home. This was not what I was told on the Friday before when I called, not only did we not get a cab, we waited over an hour and had to about bribe someone to take us home, Such a disappointment after 32 years of being in the area. I'm not sure what we will do next time but it won't be calling Linda's. Steiny's seemed to be our best bet and will get our business next time. As a friendly piece of advice, people live all over the area, not just Catawba which seemed to be the only place this and After Hours seemed to want to drive to. read more

Terrible ,Unreliable service. Called to get a cab to pick up my wife and I to go to the kellys ferry and after waiting 2 hours for the cab and 3 phone calls to Linda asking where they were we had to make other arrangements. On our return trip home we called to schedule a pick up and were told that there would be a cab waiting for us on the other side of the ferry. No cab ever showed up and Linda wouldn't pick up her phone . We walked up route 163 at 3 am after waiting for the cab again. A police officer stopped us and he gave us a lift thank god. Linda's was sleeping in the car when we got there. So we had to wake her up on nocking on the window. When we needed to be at happy days boating service on time, we where an hour late because she needed to take a friend to work when we needed to go pick up our boat. When pulled onto the highway she was drifting into the other lane and we almost ran into a semi truck. With my 12 year old son in the back who's look on his face was tromitised I had no other choice but to make her pull over and get out for me to drive. I read more

Linda's has been ok for us in the past. This past weekend though we had reserved 3 vans weeks before and agreed upon an hourly rate to take people from our wedding in Catawba to Marblehead. The vans should have been able to hold around 40 people, and we knew they were going to need to take multiple trips to get everyone. When they showed up, they only had 2 vans and enough room to hold around 23 people. My dad spent the end of my wedding night trying to coordinate rides from people who weren't drinking to get everyone back. Uber needs to come to Marblehead. read more

After scheduling a pick up twice they never showed up for 30 minutes. When a taxi finally came they let other people get in instead of us. They never came back. When I called again to schedule anther pick up from the same place they blatantly said they're not going to come pick us up. I had to flag down another taxi service to take our party of 8. Linda's may just be the least dependable taxi service in that area. read more

Awful service. They were 35 minutes late picking us up for a scheduled run. When they finally arrived there was not enough room for our party of 4 to sit because there were grocery's and a case of beer in the back seat. The driver made no effort to move anything to make room. I rode the entire time with no place to put my legs and my husband had to sit half on/half off the seat. There was a man riding along in the front seat with the driver. He's was drinking beer and there were several empty beer cans between the front seats. After being so late picking us up and causing us to be quite late for the event we were attending...the driver took time to stop at a gas station so the man drinking all the beer could use the bathroom. Absolutely unprofessional terrible service. We used a different taxi for our return trip and had great, prompt, friendly service. Do not use this taxi service!!! read more

I don't believe the slanderous reviews about Linda's. My driver was polite, a veritable tour guide as we drove from Port Clinton to Maumee Bay Lodge, and the price was reasonable. I'm glad I chose Linda's in spite of the bad reviews which read like they were written by the competition. read more

My friends and I took Linda's "Dependable" Taxi service to get from Port Clinton to Cedar Point and I must say the taxi cab ride was far more frightening than any of the roller coasters we went on that day. From the moment we stepped in the car it was a disaster. There was a large bag filled with trash in the back seat which caused the car to have a horrific smell of trash. There was a cigarette butt laying on one of the other seats. This lady was nice but was clearly in another world that day. She blew 2 stop signs, almost ran a red light until we yelled at her to stop (oh and then said she doesn't read signs), fell asleep in traffic, and hit several cones on the side of the road. She was driving 90 mph on the highway until I spoke up and told her to slow her ass down. If your goal is to actually make it from point A to point B safely and in one piece, either hitchhike or pay extra money to take another cab service. Linda should do herself and everyone else a favor and stay off the road! read more

This company should be renamed Lindas Undependable Taxi. Dependable is the last word to describe Linda's business. Visiting for the weekend, our first impression was while 20 min late and the 20 year old van had no a/c (it was 85 degrees outside), was pure filth and saturated with nicotine, the driver was at least personable and courteous. Thinking no option for return, we "scheduled" a pick up with Linda an hour in advance and after 2 tardy calls 10 and 20 minutes after pickup time and promises "she" (the driver) was on her way, Linda stops answering my number. So my husband calls from his number, whoda thunk, and Linda tries to tell him that "she" called and was going to Cedar point and that I was informed of that fact. When he asked if he was speaking to Linda, Linda hangs up. Wow outright lying to someone you spoke with less than 15 minutes ago? And why wouldn't she just offer a recommendation? Linda sure is a class act. My tip to you is take your business elsewhere at all costs. We called After Hours Taxi and they arrived in 15 minutes as promised. (419) 732-6151.
