This was one of the most terrible situations I have ever engaged in.. All I was trying to do was get my 88 yr. old Mother from the airport to her home in Willoughby. The lack of professionalism was totally flabbergasting and mortifying! I only asked for a ballpark quote/price... to see if I could make an intelligent decision. I was never given one! I provide about every piece of information imaginable... When, Where, time, address, Fl. info., name and it wasn't enough for Theresa to at least get me a ballpark price! I have many people in line here in Arizona, wanting to treat me like a POS.... I am NOT taking it from someone out of state, 2,000 miles away! Good luck to anyone wanting to use this service. ABSOLUTELY MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RIDE SERVICE... EVER! This woman was unbelievably rude & disrespectful. As someone who has been in customer service for almost 20 years, I couldn't not believe the horrible services & disrespect this woman portrayed. She not only called me three times an hour prior to the time I gave her for pick up asking where we were, but the front of her vehicle was a mess & my HANDICAPPED aunt had to help her clean it before she was able to get in. She also stopped in the middle of road twice. Backing up traffic from the ferries from the islands. Then she kept riding on the yellow line & when something was said to her, she stated "well it happens". She also refused to not be on her phone while driving. Pic included of her third phone call while driving us on the highway. Meanwhile texting on completely separate phone the whole ride. She also stated that she had taken the trip from Port Clinton to Elyria a million times but was trying to take back roads rather than Rt 2 to 90 which would of doubled the trip, stating that there was road closures on 90. Which I told her that I drive this route regularly & there were not road closures, she then proceeded to tell me that she was the captain of the ship & she was in full control of the route & everything pertaining to the ride & if we didn't like it she would pull off to the side of the freeway & let us out. MY AUNT IS HANDICAPPED & it was 10pm at night on a Saturday. She then told my aunt that she needed to control her children, none of us in the car were under the age of 30 & I paid for the ride. This woman was the most unprofessional, rude & childish woman I have met in my life. If you are looking for a safe & peaceful ride, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PS the only 5 star review she has is from herself. Edited: Additional photos added to reflect that she did in fact pick us up & we did in fact ride in her vehicle. Highly recommend!! My friend need a ride to a doctors appointment and is very old school and technology isn't his forte! He called me and asked for help in researching a company to pick him up. I went with this company spontaneously because it was in the area he needed. I called the day before and the arrangements were made with no issues!! We booked with Teresa for a trip to Cleveland airport( referral from hotel). She pick us up at 6:00am and sent several text messages as reminders which was very helpful. I was disappointed when she failed to introduce herself. The SUV was large enough for our party and suitcases unfortunately it was really messy( several dirty cups stacked in console etc. Unlike other black cars I've hired in the past. We arrived at the airport without incident . Our international flight arrived at 7:22 and we did not get off the plane until after 8:00 due to a medical emergency. I text when we left the plane and when we arrived in customs, then to baggage claim x2. We got our bags and got out to her car and she was mad and very short with us. She said we would have a late fee added since we took so long. I told we couldn't go any faster. An entire flight of people had to fill out paperwork, go through customs and 2 bag checks. She was very unprofessional and rude. I understand it was out of her control and ours but she didn't even greet us.. She got out of her car and said I will add a late fee on to your trip it's in the email I sent ahead if time. Not sure she understands how much time it takes to go through customs. Recently went to Cleveland for an overnight stay at the Ritz Carlson. Thought I made a return ride to the airport but due to some confusion, I ended up without a ride and panicked about my return. This is when Theresa showed up. I got a very reasonably priced trip in a very updated and clean SUV. The ride was smooth and Teresa was a lovely traveling companion for my ride back to the airport. As a big supporter of women owned business, I was thrilled to see woman taking charge of their lives and providing limo type services, particularly, in my old home town of Cleveland.
