What made the situation worse was that, as we were leaving, a staff member offered me cash from his own wallet rather than properly correcting the bill. I refused because this was never about the money--it was about the poor service, the way my family was treated, and how embarrassed and uncomfortable the entire situation made me feel in front of my wife and children. A good restaurant should handle mistakes professionally, communicate clearly, and treat families with basic respect. We will not return.

They should give you 5min to start getting set up Its a little pricey. Now again, they do have nice machines so I can understand that. But at this price level, they are competing with go karts, which many may prefer. I'm guessing that wait times here would be much better than at Supercharged though. Parking lot is reasonably large, and train station offers more parking. Seems like it may be a good place for kids parties given that it is in Westfield, but they may need to introduce some simpler games for that. I would say that this is better for older teenagers
