I felt alone and left to figure out the program on my own. They weighed, measured, and gave me shots. No one was rude but I really felt like no one knew what they were doing. I was not guided on how to create my food plan for a day. No one explained Protein and regular menu from day 1. One time I told them I don't know what food to eat that's high on protein with acceptable carbs. The answer was "you'd have to figure that out". I was like I'm paying over hundred dollars a month and that's the answer I got? The only person whom I thought had more knowledge about the program was never there. I knew I couldn't cancel so I just decided to find another location. The difference was night and day. read more

Just restarting the program. Marissa is very knowledgable and polite. Some of the others act like they dont care much and dont really have much experience. They werent aware that I was there for bloodwork and initial measurements until I got in the room. I did give them my name when I checked in. The person that drew my blood had long hair extentions that kept falling on me and she had to keep brushing them out of the way distracting her while she was preparing to find a vein. I called today to make sure Marissa was there and the person on the phone hung up without saying goodbye, kiss my butt, thanks or anything at all. I came here in the past and the staff was all different and nice. I think Ill change to Fullerton if I can to see if I like the staff better. read more

I've been going to the Cerritos Lindora off an on for over 15 years. I recently started a new program and could not believe the careless attitude of the new staff, it was as if I was bothering them. I received a multivitamin shot in my hip that hurt way more then it had ever before. I had a bruise for over a week and she must have hit a nerve. I didn't even know that was possible as I have been getting those shots for a decade. Anytime that area is touched, I have a firery pain in a 4 inch diameter that is excruciating. Needless to say with attitudes from the staff and quality of care I received, I never went back and changed my daily visits to the Long Beach location, the staff is 100% better! The only reason they received 2 stars is because the diet works. read more

Losing weight is so difficult. Lindora is very expensive but definitely worth it. I think the price and regionality are the only reason this is not as popular as WW or JC. Honestly, if you are someone that needs to be held accountable, needs a specific plan spelled out - please come here. You will absolutely lose weight if you follow their plan. Somehow you are never hungry, always eating, but shedding pounds. The staf at this particular location is AWESOME. So friendly and welcoming - they actually care about each patient. Some Lindora staff are great! Upbeat and positive! And others are just not happy people I'm been with Lindora for 1 year lost 8 lbs in a year' ouch! I think I spent probably close to $3900 If you have to stay with Lindora to keep Weight off it's NOT WORTH IT ! It's all about money! Yes it is a business totally understand that, I noticed when I would eat regular food I would gain weight! I don't want to come back anymore in this location until this lady is gone. She just doesn't stop pushing their products. She sold me this package of supplements that doesn't work. Then ask me to buy their prepackaged food. I said I rather prepare it myself, she argues I couldn't make it work. The reason its not working is because you're not teaching me what is wrong. I tried to send it but would not go through. Hello, Hope this reaches you well. By now, Lisa must have corresponded with you regarding our conversation. I am very disappointed with her service and our phone conversation, as she did not do her due diligence in checking the situation and concern I have before she called me. It caused me extreme anxiety as she was not listening and did not try to understand the situation and timing of the request for freezing my account a month ago. The conversation led to more confusion on both our parts and instead of listening and understanding it, or checking with Sharon, she just right out told me that nothing could me done to adjust it. She was very unprofessional and insistent on what she wanted to tell me that nothing can be done for it since I requested for a freeze 3 times (which is incorrect), and refused to understand it. I told her to "shut up" since she just did not stop talking (bad customer service)and later played victim that I was being unprofessional. She was very insensitive, even after I explained the reason why I was gone and not able to come in, that is, I was overseas to attend to my mother and who passed away last Aug 16. I just came back last Friday, 8/31 and stopped by at the clinic yesterday, 9/4. No manager was there to help me out, but was graciously attended to by Vicky. I stopped by the Cerritos clinic this afternoon to provide Lisa a copy of my letter. She refused to accept it and ignored me, stating that she was attending to other patients. I told her that I am a patient as well, and it was very unprofessional for her to ignore me. She even threatened to call security and was wondering why I had to go and stop by the clinic. Is this the way Lindora staff treats their patients? Is this considered good customer service by management? I stopped by yesterday (Tues) to touch base on my situation, and was told there was no manager on site, and they seemed confused with the notes on my account. I honestly think Lisa did not understand it as well, and was determined not to give me any consideration, and refused to listen and understand my situation. The public relations and customer service/management of the Cerritos Lindora clinic is bad, especially as represented by Lisa. Lisa even told me to sit at the chair in her office and just left me there. I thought that she was finally going to sit and listen, and act professionally as the manager. She told me just to sit there, and that's when I got very upset in front of other customers and left, she was very unprofessional. I also tried to call corporate office before 5pm and my call just went to voicemail. I hope this matter gets reviewed and addressed by Lindora corporate management. Facts: 1. First request to freeze my account was handled professionally by Kayla some time in May. I believe the freeze was for May through July. Then, I started going back to the clinic middle to end of July. I had some personal illness I had to deal with. 2. Around Aug 1, I stopped by and informed Shannon I was requesting for another freeze (around 2 weeks) since I was going overseas to visit my ailing mother. I received a voicemail from Shannon stating it was extended through the 9th (not sure if it was Aug or Sep). I did not have much time to clarify it,and unfortunately my mother passed away and had to extend my stay again. I reported to the clinic on Sep 5 (Tues) and was told by Vicky that it seems my account was frozen, and that I could skip this week, and she will have a manager call me. It was on Sep 6 (Wed)around 4:30 when I received a call from Lisa. Our conversation was not good, and asked for her manager's name. I was given Angela Major's email address, for whom I cc on this email. Question: If I am losing the weeks I was out for an emergency situation, what is the service then I am getting from the monthly payment, if they insist that I am losing the weeks. Also, what is really in the 10 week program? It sounded like it was the weighing in and the shots I am losing for being away. I am hoping for your understanding and let me know of the best option I have. I believe that your new program is not well understood by the Lindora staff, and does not reflect at all protecting the interests of the patients. They just are upselling the programs and products, and I am starting to doubt the benefits I get from it, especially that no consideration was given at all to my situation, plus the anxiety they have caused me. I have tried many weight loss programs, this one works! It's not a diet, it is a lifestyle change for a healthier you! I had high blood pressure, my cardiac enzymes were bad, and my A1C was high. So far I have lost over 55 lbs, blood pressure is normal, lab work is much better and my A1C is lower! I feel great! I have 40 more pounds to go and I will not give up. Been going to Lindora off and on for a while. I have seen some changes in staff over time but I am glad my favorite nurses are still there Arena and Vicky. Arena is a very hard worker and attends to her patients right away. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. Her knowledge of Lindora is excellent. Also Vicky that does my Zerona, she is very professional and knowledgeable as well. I will not see any other nurse besides Arena and Vicky ... Keep up the great work Ladies ... read more
