I travel to the U.S.A. once or twice a year, and I visit my besty Michelle, in Huntington Beach, Los Angeles. It was 4 years ago when Michelle introduced me to Ms. Camille Agbayani (a lovely and friendly woman who is always smiling) and L'Aura Wellness. Camille is the CEO of L'Aura Wellness (very well equipped with high tech and up-to-date machines and effective procedures and products). I have gotten close to Camille and she has become a good friend. Anything about the skin or beauty tips...it's Camille I run to and get answers. So just last April 2016, I spent time with my besty Michelle and I was able to spend some time with Camille as well. I once again had questions about my facial techniques, and little did I know I would be doing several procedures with her in the weeks to come. These are the procedures I had: - Botox: is my number 1 procedure yearly because of my deep lines on my forehead. Botox with Camille is different from the Botox I have done in Manila. Since 2003 I have been having problems with melasma to adult acne. I have seen numerous dermatologists and have even used expensive cream skin products. I am Asian and as most of us Asians know we are prone to hyper pigmentation. So when I was introduced to L'Aura Wellness from a friend, I thought I would give it a try. I did pelleve yesterday at L'Aura wellness and right after the procedure , I can see the drastic change on my cheek being lifted and my double chin almost disappearing . Thanks to Shalla for the good job and Camille for always being accommodating . They don't take accountability; there is no apology; there is no effort to make it right. Instead, they tried to say it happened a while ago (it happened about a year ago) and that I lied. I did not. As I mentioned in my first review, I received a PARTIAL refund. I am still out of pocket $1,200 for services I was unable to use. I would have been happy to move that money to facials or something else, but they refused and only offered the laser treatment. There are a lot of med spas out there. My recommendation is to check out another place.

She made sure that I felt comfortable and safe since I always get insecure about coming in to get laser hair treatments.But overall the pain is tolerable and she makes sure to ice you and asks if you would like water etc. Very hospitable and treats me very well! Their prices for Juviderm are also very reasonable so as soon as I have the means, i'll make sure to book with Susan and get them done. If you want a comfortable, relaxing experience with laser treatments, I highly recommend coming here! Side note: They always make sure to call you a day in advance for your appointment to make sure that it's confirmed which I think is very convenient since I tend to forget lol
