I came here several times for their O Skin Signature Facial for $165 but you can customize it with upgrades like LED light therapy, dermaplaning, dermasweep for an extra fee. The actual treatment is very relaxing. Their signature facial also includes a face mask, a shoulder and hand massage, and paraffin wax for your hands and feet. They also offer other services such as weight loss, botox, eyebrow sculpting, etc. Just keep in mind that only RNs are allowed to perform extractions here which turns to be a real hassle at times. One time, I had to wait over 30 minutes just for a nurse to become available, and on other occasions, I couldn't get the extraction done at all because they were too busy. To make matters worse, some of the RNs have poor attitudes and "hardly ever follow up". A family member was specifically told to text the nurse with any medication questions, but when she did, the RN repeatedly took hours to reply. I also had a personal encounter with an RN who got visibly upset when the front desk asked her to do my extraction. She actually took her frustration out on me because she mistook me for another customer. Whether it was a case of mistaken identity or not, paying customers should never be treated this way, no matter how busy they are. Otherwise, the front desk staff and the estheticians themselves are very nice. If you plan on becoming a regular customer, my tip is: Get to know the estheticians and find one you like because some are amazing while others are just so-so. As for the facility itself, the place is very clean, smells great, and has nice amenities. Their waiting area is very comfortable with light snacks, they provide lockers for your things, and they even have heated toilet seats! The place is located inside the Cerritos Mall. But despite the huge parking areas - finding a spot is a real pain. With the exception of some nurses who have attitude, O Skin lives up to my expectations of providing high quality facials. read more

I've been a montly client for a few months now and I have mixed emotions. This is a great location because it's attached to a mall so parking is very easy. When you first get there, they take photos of your face which is very nice to see your progress. After picture taking, they take you to the locker room to change and you have the choice to go to the orange lounge or the sauna. If you go to the sauna, they provide disposable underwear/bralette and a body scrub. They also have two private showers for you to use after the sauna. The orange lounge has hot tea, water, cookies, and apples. Your aesthetician will call you when it's time for your service. If youre plus size, be prepared for the robe and disposable underwear/bralette (used for the sauna) to not properly fit. It's a little confusing why a business such as this wasnt accommodating. Ive asked for a larger robe and underwear/bralette but they were not able to provide it at different occasions. The first time I voiced my concerns to the nurse, she laughed at my face. She mentioned my concerns to one of the front desk ladies and she also laughed in my face. When you're paying hundreds of dollars for services, you would expect a little more respect but I was not granted the courtesy. I voiced my concerns recently and actually got to speak to the manager. She was apologetic, which I appreciated, but it felt like empty words. Customer service in general is also very difficult. You have to book your next appointment months in advance. They confirm your appointment the week of your appointment via text, but theyre often trying to re-schedule your appointment either earlier or later than what is scheduled. Im not sure why they cant just stick to the schedule. It's also very hard to actually get someone on the phone. To be clear - I have enjoyed the actual services Ive received. The aestheticians and nurse Kate have been very nice. I did see results and a difference within a few months, but I believe I'll be able to achieve the same results at other medspas. read more

I haven't been back in years due to being busy with graduate school and life in general but it was nice to be back. I did the $136 promo that they have currently going on for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Before you get your facial started, you can go in the sauna or simply relax with refreshments. I was seen by Lalaine for the facial, hand/foot paraffin wax, extractions, massage, etc and then Nurse Kate came in to do the deeper extractions. Lalaine explained everything well from start to finish, which I do appreciate so that I knew what was about to happen next. Upon completion, they give you a hot tea and then you can relax in their lounge area again before you head out and freshen up. OSKIN spa is wonderful. Customer service is great and they have high quality products. They assign an associate to follow up with you and take care of your future orders. They'll personally help with scheduling as well. I only took off a star because most of their skincare has Vit C and I'm allergic to it. However my mom has been using majority of their skincare and her skin is amazing. However I have done their facials a couple of times and I have enjoyed them. The facial is very gentle and they also do a paraffin hand/foot massage. The best part is this cooling mask after the extractions.
