Huge waste of time and money! First and foremost, what kind of huge company like Lindora does not have an app for people to use? They handed me what I can only imagine was the same Book my grandma used back in the '80s and told me to fill in what I ate. There wasn't any room. Get with the times, Lindora! Everyone uses apps now. They charge me $200 a month and I can come in and get shots every day. Well great. Please pump me full of painful shots where half the liquid squirts out after. And I swear to you the shots don't do anything! I didn't have one single speck of energy. And that's not even to mention the unpleasant people they have working at the clinic. There were two girls that I liked. I don't go back because I don't want to get stuck dealing with one of the other women. Of course there's no possible way to get out of the contract. Don't sign up for anything with them! I lost maybe 9 lb . And after that they put me on a plateau diet . Of course you're going to lose weight when all you get to eat during the day is a protein shake and an egg. The second you stop doing it you gain it all back. read more

I did this program in 2009 and had good results. I made an appointment to return last week, which they turned into a phone consult, and they said, "It's pretty much the same as before." Nevermind that it's been over 10 years; I had to lead the conversation. Got a cold over the weekend, and had to cancel my initial visit. The girls on the phone both days are rude, and this one yelled (while still on the phone with me) CAN YOU TAKE BELINDA OFF THE BOARD!! Like ok that wasn't necessary. Not feeling real great about returning; I think I'll find a different office or a different plan. read more

New staff is rude here. I use to be on a plan 6 months ago and came in to buy some product. First of all, I told them I wanted to buy product, then they asked me if I was a member? I told them I was on an unlimited plan 6 months ago and didn't renew..then I asked if I could just step on the scale,the Manager have me a hard time about it stating that they wouldn't be able to document it. Which I replied, that I was aware. I just wanted to step on it to see for myself. Then when I was rung up, the price was more than it was listed for online, I brought that to her attention, to which she gave an annoyed look to her coworker. This is so unprofessional, this is a business, not a highschool and you guys are dealing with all sorts of people who come here to better their lives. Please be a bit more respectful. Since none of the girls that were working here when I was in the program are no longer here... I WILL NOT EVER BE RETURNING until they hire some grown ups. Management should really look into their professionalism. read more

Staff is friendly, approachable and attentive. The Lindora program is a comprehensive plan, complete with a medical screening, annual lab work and one-on-one assistance/coaching. Closed on weekends, but they are open 6am to 630pm, Monday through Friday. They offer all sorts of products to help you along in your weight loss journey - meals, shakes, bars, smoothies, puddings, etc., and all are good tasting. They also offer specials on different products several times a week. Become a club member and save even more. You do eat regular food, too - so this isn't an "only eat Lindora foods" type of program. The cost is a bit pricey (at times), so be prepared for that, but it's worth the money (and your frustration), if you haven't been able to get to your weight loss goal on another weight loss program (and there's lots of them). read more

I have to say that my experience at the Highland clinic has always been a positive one. I am in and out within a reasonable timeframe and the staff is always so helpful and personable. No matter what is going on during my day I can always expect smiles and friendly faces when I walk into the clinic. Complete scam. Once you sign their contract they don't care if you're sick, lost your job, have a dying child or spouse, or if their silly program doesn't work for you. All they want is your money. These con artists prey on people who are desperate. Stat far, FAR away from these crooks. read more

This program, circa 2015, was a good program. However, as time went on they company changed hands a few times and here we are with basically an overpriced Keto diet. I had lost over 75 lbs, but honestly it's not sustainable over time and stay healthy. Flash forward to today, I'm 50 lbs heavier than when I first went to Lindora because my metabolism got messed up from the diet. Don't waste your money and time. There are plenty of shot clinics out there that won't gouge you as much as Lindora does. And the NP they make you see is a Joke. She, in the same visit, told me "no one ever died from not eating" and then said "you need to be eating every two hours." Now, I have worse medical problems to deal with than being fat. Lost 70 pounds with Lindora. All started with my first visit to the Highland Lindora. Staff is very friendly. Office is newer and on the nice side of town. I suggest signing up for the 5 day a week plan. Food is manageable. The staff will call you if you miss a weigh in. Thats what I call accountability. read more

Since the day my mom and I walked in for information they were so nice and informative. Marcela is the nicest person I have met. She is so warm. Brittney the manager is also great, my mom has done their program before so I know it works, we decided to start it again. They do lab work and I found out I'm severely anemic ( maybe the reason for my lack of energy lol ) the nurse practitioner was so worried for me even more than some of my friends, she walked me thru the way make me healthy again and loose this extra 28lbs I have. I'm barely starting so i don't know all the names of the nurses that helped us but they are all amazing!!!! Can't wait to feel like myself again and look great while at it.
