As someone who has competed in powerlifting and strongly believes in the Loma Linda lifestyle philosophy, this place the perfect fit. The Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment are also excellent and incredibly well maintained. I've lifted at dozens, if not well over a hundred gyms throughout my life, and yet this gym holds such a warm and special place in my heart. Ignore the negative reviews; in my experience, many come from people who never truly integrated into the community that makes this place so unique. I'm leaving soon for the next stage of my medical training, and I'd be lying if I said I won't deeply miss this place. In my confirmation email, the only instruction was to bring my ID, which I reasonably assumed was for identity verification or account setup. However, when I arrived, the front desk associate (Viviana) asked about the address on my ID and, after I explained that I had just moved, told me I would need to go to a different location based on the address listed. I want to be clear--I completely understand if there is a policy requiring proof of local residency for a free trial. That's not the issue. The issue is that this requirement was not communicated beforehand, and more importantly, the way it was handled in person was extremely unprofessional. Viviana had a noticeably dismissive and unfriendly attitude from the start. When I tried to clarify my situation, she spoke over me and did not make any effort to provide clear or respectful communication. After going back and forth, she eventually offered to check with a manager. I agreed and asked her to do so, and when she returned, she said I could work out for the day--but the delivery still felt cold and unwelcoming. I also requested a tour, which she provided very briefly and with minimal effort. She pointed vaguely at different areas without explanation, and I ultimately had to walk the facility on my own to understand what was available. It's unfortunate because the gym itself is great and the other staff members I encountered were kind and welcoming. I still plan on joining because of the location and amenities, but this experience nearly cost you a new member. As a business owner with over 10 years in customer service, I know how much front desk interactions matter--they set the tone for the entire brand. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the service I received from Viviana does not reflect the quality of the facility.

Trash is always overflowing, bathrooms smell and are often out of order, and there's rarely any staff available. When someone is in the office, the door is closed and they're not helping anyone. Very disappointing. Needs serious attention.

I've been training with Scott Bowman from Body By Scotty @bodibyscotty (his IG). He is the best! Literally so patient and understanding with me. He's made a bunch of extra workouts for me to do on the days when I'm not personal training with him along with meal plans and calorie goals. This guy knows what he's doing. He is in his 50s but looks ripped and young like a guy in his 30s. I've already seen changes in my body and endurance. He really makes the workouts fun. In order to workout, you need to workout only when your coach is present around or near your training times. That's what Adam told me but I maybe wrong. His prices are very reasonable. Such a great trainer. Makes the sessions fun and challenging. He pushes me all the time. There is a lot of space to workout. Getting my values worth. He gives me a meal plan to follow with the exact macros. I incorporate a variety besides what he's asking but targeting my macros. There is not a lot of cardio machines. The machines are different than EoS because the machines at self made have a wider range of motion. There are machines at self made that EoS doesn't have so I'm learning a lot from Adam. I would suggest signing up for training with Adam if possible. He does both 1 on 1 and group. Group is cheaper. I think he will begin an online training soon. His prices are very reasonable. Sessions are for an hr. Def cheaper than the gym PT prices. I trained with Adam a couple months at the gym i go to and where he used to work at. That's how I knew him. He was an afternoon coach and decided morning so I went with a different one at EoS. Adam is getting me the results. I've lost about 15 lbs since I trained with Adam at the facility beginning early May.

Ashleigh and Sam truly care for their clients and they pay attention to everyones different needs and their own level of fitness which I truly appreciate , with their energy level and awesome personalities they make each bootcamp /fitcamp interesting and exciting .
