Lindora has changed my life I lost 52 pounds and 25 inches. I never thought I would lose weight again. My metabolism was non existent I basically gave up and decided I was ment to be the weight and size I was. Started my weightloss journey December 24, 2014 and as of May 2015 I am 10 pounds from my goal weight. Liz, Amanda, Nicky and Janet have helped me achieve my weightloss goal. The program works but you have to follow it and listen to these women they know how to get the weight off you. The protein shakes and bars are delicious and you can order real food from the personal chef it's super easy and delicious, nothing is frozen or processed Real Food! When I look back on my journey I have to say it wasn't such a hardship I ate well and I got the results I wanted. I changed my eating habits for the better for life. I look at food differently now, I read lables and make better choices. I don't crave the fatty sugary foods I used to eat. I can't say enough good things about Lindora and the friends I made at the clinic Life Changing! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had such a bad experience at your store in palm springs this morning. An LVN embarrassed me in front of a room full of people and violated HIPAA. I have never been so humiliated and embarrassed about weight in my life! Not only that, but I was accused of eating things off the menu, which is/was not true. She should know that what I ate is on the menu in their book! She didn't even want to ask what I have ate or what I was going to eat. Nothing positive happened today in their office. She spoke to me in such a condescending tone. That even bothered me, and I worked as a first responder for over 10 years! I even have a professional service dog that, during this event, had to help me re-group in my car. I was that upset and humiliated. So thanks again, PALM SPRINGS, that Lindora, for starting my day off in such a horrible manner. They are there to make you feel good, not bad and unmotivated! She also accused me of not trying the program when I have already lost almost 50lbs. She also accused me of eating high protein foods that I haven't had in months. Instead of working with you she just wanted to be rude. I was a paramedic and combat medic for 10 years and I never treated anyone this way no matter what. read more

The Lindora lean for life plan is fine & does work. However, my review is based on this office alone. I was treated in an extremely unprofessional manner by "Liz", who is an LVN not a nutritionist. In fact, she is so unprincipled that her license should be revoked by the state board! My experience was so bad, that I had to report her to the corporate office in Orange County. They were very understanding & apologetic regarding my experience. I was given a refund for the part of the program, that had yet to be used. Therefore, I would definitely not use this "office" for weight loss, unless you're a masochist! This plan can be done online, plus you will save money. read more

This is the worst office that I have been to. I just joined and have been trying to cancel it for a week and a half and the corporate office never calls back when they say they will. All the girls act as if they hate their job. They don't want to assist with what is technically their job. When I first joined the nurse told me my platlet count was extremely low and to see a doctor. I sat in the er for 12 hours nervously waiting. Being in the medical field I knew what a low platlet count could mean...Lindora told me my platlet count was 45, which is scary low... finally I was brought in a room at the er and was told my platlet count was not 45, but over 300 which is normal. The er doctor said "they" made a huge error. I informed Lindora and no one ever said "I'm so sorry you had to go through this." They blew it off and the thing is someone is walking around very sick and they could care less that I had to sit in the er for 12 hours and pay for that er visit.. please don't go here. They just want your money and not your weight loss. I literally dread walking in that place. There's a very bad vibe there. There are so many other diets to go on. U don't need this one!!!! read more

Dieting is tough, but Lindora makes it easy. I like coming here, weighing in, the food and most of all the support. The girls who work here are awesome. It's like having 3 of your girlfriends cheering you on when you weigh in. I've done a lot of diets, and this one works, as long as you stay on it. I, queen of quitters, have yet to finish the program. I'm determined to do this ... they have a a lot of food options available for purchase, or you can eat your own! I've been on the Lindora program for a couple of years. I really like the program and it does work if you stick with it. The food offerings are very good. This program is not cheap and when I spend my hard earned money (100's at a time) I expect excellent customer service. I'm disappointed to say that the office personnel lacks a bit of professionalism. I have experienced with this in two locations (Los Angeles area and Palm Desert). It wasn't so much a "rude" experience from either of these locations, but rather it was lack of support/concern. Many of us have a busy lifestyle, and when I pay this kind of money I expect the entity to help me stay on track with the program and more importantly the status of my membership, etc. My yearly membership ended and I didn't know. Lindora blows up my email with advertisements, but NOT one email or phone call to let me know my yearly membership was coming to an end. To me, this is money for Lindora! Why wouldn't you pay closer attention and be more pro-active with your sales efforts to maintain clients and revenue? Guess one little client like me doesn't make a difference. Interesting!!! So I'm considering whether or not to continue my membership. I can do the program on my own because that's what I've been doing for the last year. I don't feel my weekly check-ins are very productive. The only information you get is.... how much you've lost or gained. If you've gained....then you may get "you've gain, time for a protein day", you then get your booster shot and you're sent on your way. They have taken my measurements twice, but NEVER any follow-up. Am I asking too much from these people whom I have invested my hard earned money with? Need to make a decision soon cause I certainly don't like wasting my hard earned money! read more
