    I've been with State Farm for 30 plus years. Started with Hal Bennett. Then Kathy Safford, and now Lindsay. They have all been great!!!

A…read moreyear ago he failed to process paperwork for my new home and my insurance was cancelled because he failed to process paperwork. The mortgage company attached their policy to my home until I could get it straightened out. It cost me a few hundred dollars. Chris took no ownership for his mistake. I ate the additional cost. Recently I was contacted by another agent about car insurance. It was lower then what I was paying with USAA and it would be even lower if I bundled my homeowners insurance. The savings was over $1,000 per year. I asked Chris to cancel one of my homeowners policies.then I found out I could save an additional $100 if I bundled the other home. I called Chris about canceling the second homeowners policies. He became rude and short on the phone when I was trying to explain the situation. The called end with him hanging up on me. I waited a few days and decided to check to make sure they were canceled with the insurance company. I found out neither was canceled. The insurance company told me Chris would have to give me a form to sign to get the policy canceled. I decided to go to his office in person. When I asked about my policies and tried to tell him what the insurance company said the process was he became belligerent and very rude. He acted like he was a baby and I took his candy from him. He actually would not listen and asked me to leave. He went to his front door and told be to leave. I said I just want to explain what the insurance company company said was the process. Then he went in his office and slammed the door like someone with obviously no manners or social skills. The bottom line is he is friendly when you are putting money in his pocket but when it is time to change companies he is a different person. He lacks professional skills and if you do business with him you better check behind him to make sure he is taking care of your best interest or it could cost you more money. I was able to get the polices canceled with the help of a nice lady at the insurance company. Basically she had to do his job. Bottom line is Beware of Webb Financial Services.

    Run from this place !!!…read more I had a really disappointing experience with Empire Auto Protect. I paid for coverage for about a year, expecting to use it once my manufacturer warranty expired. When I called to ask about activating/using my coverage at that point, the representative instead told me my policy would be canceled and that I wouldn't be refunded for the time I had already paid. There was no clear explanation upfront that the coverage wouldn't work the way I intended, and no effort to resolve the situation fairly. I feel like I paid for something I never actually got to use. If you're considering this company, make sure you fully understand when your coverage starts, how it works with existing warranties, and what their cancellation/refund policies are because my experience was not what I expected.
