It's an independent book store. It's not huge, but they have a wonderful well curated selection in…read morethe beautiful well lit space they have. The staff is always helpful, and do a beautiful wrapping job if requested for gifts. You'll find tags with staff recs hidden around the store which is fun. The kids section is a bit limited, but the wall of books it's behind is creative and the selection that is there has great classics mixed in with some great newer publications.

We were greeted at the door, invited to wander, and left to browse. A large number of crystals of all varieties took one display case; one wall was filled with tarot cards, of every pattern you could imagine; Candles, incense and essential oils were another large display. In the entry room, some very nice peasant-style clothing, mostly natural fibers (including that day, hemp), and a number of local natural products. This is also where they display their secondary line, which is pre-stained recycled barn boards, The shop also does readings, and there were several people who came in for those while we were there. The reader had a nice comfortable room in the back for those who wanted their future revealed. All in all, a nice place to visit, and I'm making it a point to try to visit again the next time I'm in Kent.

Folks at another shop mentioned…read morethem as possibly having some interesting clothes (I was shopping for something to wear to an event), and while they definitely do have a room with some beautiful and unusual clothes, of course there is a great assortment of Tarot cards, some Tarot resources, and jewelry, tumbled rocks, and other things we can't remember. The owner, Regina, was friendly & helpful, answered my questions, made suggestions, although not in any kind of sales-pressure way. Her Tarot display is especially friendly & unusual in that there are two different ways to view samples/examples of a lot of the decks. There's a nicely appointed back room where we presume the readings and similar events take place. We've already been telling some friends about this store, and look forward to returning!

My son had gotten stung by wasps in the town center nearby and she was kind enough to let us use her bathroom and even gave us free soap and a little toy to make my son feel better. Well that really saved us bc I was able to wash the wound which brought down the swelling. Would love to go and actually buy some toys for the boys next time we're in town. We were shopping for a dress to wear to an upcoming event, and found not one but two that we liked, which together cost less than we expected to pay for a single dress most places. The store has a cozy feel, but not crowded, and we enjoyed seeing both familiar categories of jewelry and accessories, and things we hadn't seen before. The shop space is divided up into several rooms, which can be disorienting at first (to some of us), but then added to the charm & coziness. We enjoyed chatting with the owner, learning that the store was 57 years old and had been opened by his mother (or his parents?). Doubtless many of the antiques and globally sourced treasures were and are quite expensive, but there are also a lot of things at everyday price points. We look forward to visiting again.

Recommend booking at least a day in advance of any major holidays or events like Kent graduation. Very clean, new chairs, decent selection of colors. Various packages that are worth the indulgence. Convenient parking Want gel? UV gel? Powder dip? Regular nail polish? Designs? They do it all. Wait, did you say you also needed a waxing? They do that too (I didn't get any of there other services). Attention to detail and careful is how I would characterize the nail techs. They speak English and Spanish here. I saw several ages, genders, and sizes treated with warm smiles. Although the early days of adjusting to a new spot will no doubt be hectic, I found that the owner handled mishaps with ease and professionalism. If I lived in the area, I would def have a group hang here. Cash and cards accepted.
