One thing that I loved about her was that very early on in the booking process, she took the time to really get to know me and my fiancé and wanted to make sure we knew her too! She made everything so personal and special! She was always quick to respond to any questions and had such great ideas for wedding day pictures. She allowed us to tell her exactly what group family/friends pictures we wanted to include so we didn't have to think about that on wedding day. She was on top of everything! She arrived on time, even a few minutes early and started snapping amazing shots right away. We absolutely love our wedding pictures. She has such talent at capturing the raw emotions of the day and it is evident in her pictures. She made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera and made me feel and look beautiful! This review is for their property management company. I would give zero stars if I could. They…read morecharge erroneous cleaning fees upon move out with no type of notification even though they say notification should have been given. They only respond when it is convenient to them and definitely not to clear up any complaints you have. They do not return money owed in the time frame given. Repairs are not done properly leaving you with either no heat or heat you cannot adjust causing you to try and figure out ways to regulate the heat to stay comfortable. We had to deal with cheap flooring coming up causing various hazards. We contacted one of their realtors who would barely even talk to us to give us info without a signed contract and preapproval letter. They have an F grade on BBB because they will not respond to complaints against them. I would never refer them to anyone. I would actually tell people not to rent to them to keep others from dealing with the same issues.

Instead of being supportive of people who leave and finally make a change to better their lives, they threaten eviction, hold the lease over your head, and make you feel like you're going to get kicked to the curb. We lived in our rental for 2 and a half years. Explained to them that we were only there til we bought a house because the last place we lived at was a trailer park and slum. There is raw sewage beside my house, I explained to them that it needed to be pumped and the plumber said no and left. The roof is leaking AFTER maintenance came in and "fixed" it by putting caulking over it. They make the moving out process absolutely difficult for anyone. If you say you do not have any time for an inspection the pick the day for you. Fine. Their excuse every time you complain is "It's just protocol" but when you use the protocols they have in place they make your life miserable. The property management company just assumes that everyone who rents from them is a deadbeat. Two and a half years we have been ON TIME WITH ALL OF OUR RENT AND WE ARE STILL TREATED LIKE GARBAGE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

After seeing the photos and working with this amazing duo I can honestly say I would do whatever it took to have these two be a part of your wedding day. Matt & Kate have this ability to capture the most authentic moments. The traditional shots are done flawlessly as well, but it's the way in which they seek to document the couple's story and what makes their wedding unique that puts them a cut above the rest. Their talent is enough but they happen to be wonderful people to be around, Kate even came to the rescue after I found out that the lace on my dress had torn, she not only stitched it up but turned a moment where I was borderline panicking into a really cute picture. So basically she's superwoman.
