Lousy communication from the get go speaks poorly for their overall service orientation and we cannot recommend this Pella dealer.

It's now October 12, and I still don't have the milled lumber. I've called, written, begged, cajoled, but still don't have what I ordered, in good faith. My plaster job had to be canceled, I lost my contractor, and I was unable to complete my paint job because of the delay. Had anyone been honest about being unable to supply what I ordered, I'd have gone elsewhere. Now I know better. I'm beyond fed up, and I'm a patient person. Their customer service is ridiculous, only exceeded by their utter incompetence. I'm sure they'll blame it on a Covid. Please consider my order canceled.
