While I know this can present challenges, I was impressed with how Paul and his assistant Liam handled a potential difficult situation. While they diligently represented the seller and clearly had their interests in mind each step of the way, as a customer I felt well informed as to my rights and particularly my obligations under the contract. They were alway available to point out where we might want to consider seeking outside professionals to look afrer my interests, which I did. They outlined what might typically be a concern, allowing me to feel comfortable bringing other professionals in to assist me. While in any transaction there are times you'd want something, more or different, after reflecting back on it, Gustave White balanced their obligations to their clients well, while assisting a unrepresented customer fully understand the process and ultimately this lead to a successful transaction.

She took it as a personal affront when we were only doing our job as property managers. Follow the rules and regulations we have to regulate and we wouldn't have to chastise. This is in response to Coastal not paying a contractors bill for three years. First of all, our clients, the condominium association, makes that determination, not the property manager. Second,if you had done the job as contracted,you would have been paid by that condominium association within thirty days. Don't do the job, you won't be paid. Many years in business and two complaints. Not bad. Call us and we will give you any customers and contractors who follow the rules, do their job, and like us.

As opposed to the 3 person suites, where the third bedroom takes up a decent portion of the living space. Rent generally works out to $500 a person (unless you are renting a single), heat and hot water included. Great for those long showers to wash away the seaweed and sand from the beach :) Ideal place to live if you are working on the Navy Base (located just beyond the walls of this property) or anywhere in Middletown/Newport area. Looking for a summer getaway near some of the best beaches in New England? Here's your place. On site pool and grilling areas for resident use. Good luck finding this place on your GPS. . . mine has it listed as still part of the government owned land for the navy base, so it doesn't have the roadwork plans as available for access to the public.

The publicly provided internet they give to users for 120 hours is complete crap. It has more than…read more50% packet loss and recent speed rating of 1MBps/2MBps which are 2003 speeds. To be fair, if you do pay for the internet, the speed becomes much faster and the connection is much more reliable. This implies that they are intentionally degrading the network to drive their business model of charging people for internet anywhere throughout the building. Their coworking space is not quiet so it is very hard to focus and get work done there. They have limited phone booths for taking calls. Using a conference room (even a small one for a couple of minutes) will cost you either in points against your membership or charged. The seating in the main area is relatively uncomfortable and like I mentioned above it is not quiet. It is in the kitchen for the entire building so tenants from all over the building are walking through at all times during the day. In addition, the services they provide are very industry focused on marine and not really on technology or development. You can rent a dedicated desk and that is a viable service, but they are expensive. Something in the neighborhood of $325+ per month and then you are in an open bullpen. Standard membership is 200 a month for a floating membership and basically that provides you quality internet and access to the building 24 hours a day (if the door badges are working). In my 10 months of membership, there were at least several months where the doors were not working and I could only get in when the coffee shop was open. You can also get a daily drop in membership which is about 35/day and is the same as the standard membership. If you are looking for a quiet place to work, I would suggest the library. The internet is faster, the environment is more conducive to work and the seating is far more comfortable, though the coffee is far better at Simple Merchant than in the library.
