We asked how long it would take for a proposal because we were having two others done at the same time. He said a week to a week and a half. Seventeen days and two phone calls later and still no proposal. Why not? We have no clue. Maybe the job was too small for them, but they could have just said that instead of stringing us along with promises and excuses. When a contractor starts off badly it's never a good sign of things to come. We went with another contractor who is much more professional and attentive.
