Meeting with Tucker and Luke today made me feel much more at ease. I'm very confident that if something unexpected comes up before the permanent repairs occur, they'll be on top of it. I can't tell you how impressed I have been over the past couple days with their communication/responsiveness, attention to my issue, respect for my home, and their overall service, including making temporary repairs until the permanent repairs can take place next week. If I call or text them, they either answer the phone or return my message within 10-15 minutes. I'm sure this a small job for them in terms of profit, but it's a big deal to me, and they have treated it that way, and I am very thankful for that.
