The extent of the issue was not immediately apparent. When I raised concerns, communication was limited. The work appeared incomplete, and some equipment was left behind. Although I was told the entire system had been cleaned, the main trunk line did not appear to have been accessed. Management indicated that the issues would be addressed and mentioned possible refunds for service and replacement of some affected items, but these were not ultimately provided. I also requested proof of liability insurance, but it was not provided to me. I decided to take a chance, and I have been very pleased. There were supply chain issues causing delays in getting the glass, but Jerry (or his wife) kept me informed. When the glass arrived, we set an install date, and Jerry texted the night before to confirm. He showed up when expected, completed the work in a timely fashion, and left the site cleaner than when he came. I will be using him for more jobs in the future as he does general remodeling.

Their team was not organized as the job took them 3 weeks to complete on a relatively small job. There were multiple days that they simply did not show up. We believed that one of their employees was drinking on the job because they spilled a drink in our garage freezer that smelled like beer. They damaged our gutter by backing up a truck into it and did not pay for repairs. After the job was finally completed, it rained the next weekend and we were still getting water in the basement. This company claims a 100% lifetime guarantee on their work, but this was not upheld. They would not and have not come back. I spoke with the owner Scott a number of times over 6 months trying to schedule them to finish the repair. He promised multiple times that he would come out, often saying he'd be out the next week, but he never came. As the months progressed Scott continued this unprofessional behavior of stringing us along. All the while our basement continued to have water problems that we paid in full to be fixed. Scott gave a number of excuses and we tried to work with him but it became very obvious that he was never coming back. I'm honestly not sure this company is even doing business now, but if they are I suggest extreme caution when considering them. They may have been a good reputable company at one point, but now they are unorganized and unable to deliver on promises.

Owner came out next day to look, we were with his tile person next day, and on the schedule that week. We picked out tile and the hardest part is waiting for that to arrive. With the holidays it was a wait. Once the materials were in they got us on the schedule within a week. Process is professional and different people come to do different things. They have a great foreman that sets everything up. Demo Crew, membrane crew, tile crew, and drywall guy. All of the people at my house representing this company were great. Tile is expensive, I understand more what drives the price after seeing the process. We only chose to replace the floor and had to go a foot up all around. Tile company they had us work with helped keep us near budget and match up the new tile to matches the old tile in our 20 year old house. So in the pics they did everything on the floor and the beautiful stripe. Wife loves new drain. Hate to have a leak but new one came with lifetime guarantee. I would definitely recommend this company. Work was top notch. They were easy to communicate with and responded to all my calls, texts or emails.

Solid State tile did a wonderful job replacing the rotted wood and then put down a lovely ceramic tile. They did a great job and it was done quickly and professionally.
