From the road you can see the cement yard full of pots and other yard items. It looks like your run of the mill garden shop but inside they have tons of unique items. If you are looking for a fountain- do not go to the big home improvement stores, come here first. You will find fountains in every shape, size and variety. Indoor, outdoor, you name it. It is neat to see them all displayed and functioning too. Beyond fountains they also have metal, wood, ceramic, and stone decor for home and garden. They have lots of Asian inspired goods, many of which are more quality in appearance than you might be thinking. For instance, they had a huge hand carved elephant made in China out of tree roots. This giant had a price tag of $7K. It was really neat though. This place is big- inside there are rows of decor neatly displayed and priced. We were greeted promptly when we entered and found help easily when we were ready to buy. We got help loading our car and securing our items. The only complaint would be the prices seemed rather high. You won't find any deals here, unless you happen to hit one of their sales or are a landscaper/designer.

They had a VAST selection of pottery and garden goodies and accessories in all the colorways you could imagine. I must note that some of their pottery pieces were a bit STEEP in price, but the quality was top-tier. So, it is understandable why it was pricey. As for the plant offerings, they had a great selection. They didn't necessarily have what my mom was looking for at the time to add to her garden, but it was great to see what they did offer. Price points were also super solid (very affordable). The staff was kind and very helpful. If you haven't been to this local garden center (now in Sanford), then please visit them.

This nursery is family owned (husband and wife) and they are very helpful. Prices are comparable to other nurseries, except now they're having a good sale. I like Lukas nursery because it is close to home and the variety is good, however I'm liking Focal Point more because their inventory is increasing, their property is huge so there is lots of room to move about (unlike Lukas) and not feel like you're bumping into others, and their limitation on how much chemicals they can use on the plants because of the nursery's proximity to the St. Johns River. If you live in the Geneva, Chuluota, Oviedo, and close towns, check this place out.

I was particularly impressed by the two orders of the Philodendron Atabapoense. They were both ~17" tall with Lots of leaves. I'm pretty certain that each had a 12" leaf in a 4" pot. Unreal In addition the Stunning healthy plants, I was just as impressed by the care that went into wrapping & packaging. It was more than a consumer would ever expect. I order many plants online & either plants were crushed, a leaf/stem broken, an over-abundance of soil in the box (which makes it very messy); or.. you need a battle axe to unwrap the plant. But not this shop. Every step of packaging was handled with care. I was incredibly impressed. Corrugated cardboard protected the plant, a white grow bag material covered each individually, and fluffy cotton wrapped around the soil. Not only were the plants Large & Healthy, beautifully wrapped (by Taylor - Thank Youuuu!!!) Now let's talk about Leveling Up the game. I was surprised to see another Gift- a Story on your individual plant via a QR code! What?! . Can we talk about "Attention to Detail & elevating the Experience?".
